I'm happy to say that the reviews here are totally accurate. We needed a patio door replacement due to a break-in. I talked to a few different companies but I felt like Julian at Comfort Windows & Doors was the most professional and straight forward. He was able to rush the install due to our situation but despite the rush there was no compromise with the service. Jonathan the installer was at our house for the whole day, carefully removing our old sliding door and installing the new one. Despite a few challenges along the way Jonathan was not ruffled and was open to my ideas and suggestions. Both his workmanship and attitude were superb. The only thing that was a bit surprising is that he used screws on my interior trim which, had I known he was going to do that, I would have asked him to just leave it. My only other disappointment is that the patio door product itself (a Vista Capri) is off-white in colour and doesn't quite match our paint colour which is more of a pure white. In my haste to get the broken door replaced I did not consider this possibility. Therefore, regardless of which company you choose, I recommend verifying colours before committing to a particular product if this is important to you.
