This is a true event and not a paid review. My roof was leaking in my baby's room during peak raining times in fall season and the original roofing company who did my roof four years ago denied the warranty on bad Craftsmanship due to change of ownership. I had to call around town to find a reliable roofing company to perform an emergency repair the same day and most of them are either busy or unavailable and some don't event pick up the phone. When I dial Warner roofing, not only they picked up the phone right away (7am) , they go out of their busy schedule to performed the same day repair on my roof to stop the leak and came back the following week Monday to replace shingles , water and ice sheets and other misc which my original roofing company didn't replace to start with. Long story short, I want to give Andrew , Sara and Bruce big big thanks for saving my day and my roof . I highly recommend Warner roofing company to my family and friends. Exceptional customer service and outstanding craftmanship.

Determined a new roof was in order in August. Read several reviews and decided to contact Warner Roofing. Andrew responded for a site visit the next day. He and Sara sent a very detailed quote. We were able to make a deal within 24 hours. Booked a time 6 weeks out and Sara kept us informed as time got closer and work started on time. Great crew arrived, prepped the site and diligently and professionally did a superb job, including clean up. Excellent workers and quality. Probably the most pleasurable Company I’ve done business with. Highly recommended!

We are very pleased with our selection of Warner Roofing to do our re-roofing project, and the outstanding job that they did. We found both Andrew and Sara to be professional, friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and honest. From the first contact and quote to clean-up and bin removal at the end of the project, they did everything they said they would, on time and no surprises. They also went above and beyond. Twice they went out of their way to temporarily patch sections of our roof to prevent further leaking until the scheduled job took place. They did this at no additional charge. Last year, I hired Warner Roofing for minor roof repairs and was very much impressed by Andrew's quick response to our needs. When we decided to have our entire roof re-shingled this spring, however, I wondered if it was safer to go with a big established company or choose a younger company like Warner Roofing. I chose Warner Roofing and am glad I did. Andrew and Sara did a wonderful job. What I liked the most was their excellent customer service. Sara does the administrative part of the job and she is a very capable business lady. The communication with her was superb during the whole process. You can trust this company. They have the energy and passion to do the job right. They are also reliable and honest.

Got the roof re-done in August 2019 - very satisfied and would completely recommend Warner Roofing to others. Some highlights from my experience - * the most complete roofing system offered compared to others I've called for an estimate - underlayment of the entire roof, 3-ft ice and water shield, Owens Corning starter shingles, duration shingles, ridge shingles and drip edge - at a very competitive price * the crew were polite, respectful, professional and efficient * immaculate clean-up - tarped the whole perimeter of the whole house, even covered the AC to prevent nails from falling in before the work began; when done, took considerable effort to make sure everything's cleaned up; * EXTREMELY responsive - both Sara and Andrew are great, keeping me updated on the work schedule and anytime there's a question, it's VERY prompted answered * The estimate is the final invoice cost - absolutely no hidden cost. All in all, highly recommend! I think any potential clients would be happy they chose Warner Roofing Inc.

Warner Roofing was very highly recommended to me by close friends who had been extremely impressed with the honesty, quality of workmanship and excellent level of customer service demonstrated by this company. After checking out the rave reviews on Home Stars and Google I decided to ask them for a quotation. From the initial contact stage to the planning process and then final installation; Andrew and Sara were very polite, attentive and timely in responding whether by text, e-mail or telephone. They were always pro-active in keeping me informed about the work progress. Andrew actually came in person to assess and discuss what the job entailed, and, to determine what my needs and requests were. He pointed out the pros and cons of various roofing product lines, brought samples to look at, made suggestions and answered all my questions (and I had many) promptly and in great detail. Kudos also to the experienced, professional work crew who were courteous, meticulous in their workmanship, and respectful of my home. Even the cleanup of my property upon completion of the job was flawless. I have no reservations nor hesitations in highly recommending Warner Roofing.

I was very impressed with the amazing job Warner Roofing did reshingling my roof. The crew were very professional, and pleasant to deal with. Sara did a great job keeping me informed of the progress. The cleanup after was excellent, and they even gained access to the two adjoining backyards to make sure no debris had fallen in my neighbour's gardens. A top notch company. I would highly recommend them.
