    Stairs and Flooring Refinishing

    Just had my floors and stairs refinished by Jason and he was a pleasure to deal with. He explained everything and showed up on time to start the work. My floors were from 1999 with a golden shiny finish which had quite a few scratches. I ended up going with a dark matte finish and they look brand new. Overall I'm extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend Jason and his crew to any of my family and friends.

    Stairs and railing

    Jason was very professional to work with, he was n time with his word and expanded everything that I felt needed to be well done Jason. I'm a professional in the home renovating business that is how I came across Jason he was recommended to me from a friend contractor, I would recommend him to anyone good Job Jason

    Staircase refinishing and flooring

    I was really pleased with the quality of workmanship and flexibility of Jason Burns and his team at Toronto Restoration. They did a great job of restaining my staircase and removing and replacing existing flooring. I would definitely recomend them for future flooring projects.

    Floor Refinishing

    Jason and his team completely refinished old original floors in our home. The color and finish are great and they did a good job making sure the job was done on time. Jason was also good at keeping me updated with the progress of the project.

    Hardwood Floor Refinishing

    Jason & his team did a magnificent job at turning our outdated hardwood flooring into a modern updated look.     Hardwood restoration

    I needed my hardwood floors either replaced or restored in preporations to sell. I called Jason skeptical that the job could be done. I made the right choice. They look beautiful and saved me $$$$. He carried himself very professional. I have very grumpy basement tenants that he had to work around. Never got upset and had to work longer hours to accommodate them. Also the job ended up taking an extra day due to the condition of the floors, he never increased his rate from his original quote, first contractor i have dealt with that honored his first quote. If your hardwood floors need TLC Jason is your man.

    Sanding and finishing floors and steps

    Jason and his partner did a great job on our floors. We had a urine stain that was embedded in the grain and he did his best to try to get it out. They came when they said they would and explained what they were going to do. The work was good and they cleaned up afterwards, placing everything as it was before they started. Jason is very professional, polite and courteous. He really tries his best to please the customer. I would recommend this company and will use them in the future.

    floor installation and refinishing

    We did a kitchen renovation including knocking down walls which meant we needed to redo our floors. We had new wood installed throughout the kitchen, and then as we have an open concept house had the entire main floor sanded and re-stained so that the entire floor would match. The job done was superb! And Jason was clearly meticulous in ensuring that the colours would match and the rooms would flow, which was even more difficult as we wanted to lighten the colour in comparison to what was already there! They also removed carpets in one of the bedrooms and replaced with hardwood, but the real showstopper was the work on the main floor.

    Pick Toronto Restoration Services!!

    We have an engineered hardwood floor, and one room in particular needed refinishing. Jason promptly answered my service request -even though it's a relatively small job. He was confident in his work and was able to put me on his busy calendar fairly quickly. By the way, he's busy...because he's GOOD. This smart entrepreneur is running a very professional company, with quality first and customer service a close second. He kept us informed, he was extremely polite and besides a gorgeous new floor, there is no trace that he and his team were even here. Clean, tidy, efficient...couldn't ask for more. As for the quality of the floor...amazing. It's the only word. The room looks brand new and makes all the other floors look 100 years old (and not in that quaint heritage way...). We'll have Jason back when we're ready to do the rest of the house and I will happily recommend him to friends and family. We are VERY impressed with him and his work. Thanks Jason!!

    Hardwood Floor Refinishing

    It was great making arrangements for the hardwood floor job with Jason. He’s technology savvy and we handled all communication using the HomeStars site and texting. I find that a lot of contractors want to do everything over the phone and I’m simply not available to do that given my job which involves being in front of an audience, in meetings, or on video conference calls.
