    Sand & Refinish

    Jason and his team refinished the flooring in 4 bedrooms and the upstairs hallway. They were meticulous from beginning to end, especially Alex who did all of the repair work, replacing a few boards that were cracked. The repairs weren't straightforward because we had two different board widths. The flooring had also been previously refinished, perhaps multiple times, by the prior owners, and the quality of work done earlier wasn't great. The difference in the workmanship is obvious and the flooring looks amazing. Jason provided frequent updates throughout the process and the end result exceeded our expectations.

    Refinish hardwood floors

    We hired Toronto Restoration Services to sand and refinish our birch hardwood floors. We've been here for 15 years so our floors were in pretty rough shape. Jason and his crew did a wonderful job! The floors have a beautiful satin finish. They had more of a glossy finish when we bought the house new. Honestly, they look much better now. The crew were super nice and polite and we are absolutely delighted with the results. Would definitely recommend them.

    Hardwood refinishing small heritage home

    I chose Toronto Restoration to refinish my floors because Jason was so responsive in the beginning to all my questions. This communication continued throughout the entire process. When I met his team, I was a bit apprehensive because they all seemed so young, but they very quickly showed a high degree of professionalism. There was a small flaw in an otherwise well finished floor, and Jason immediately offered to fix it with a third coat the following week and I couldn't be more pleased with the result. Thank you!

    Floor refinishing

    I had TRS refinish a floor for me, which turned out awesome. I am a retired auto mechanic and decent DIYer. I was impressed with Jason the moment he showed up. He is very personable. He has a very nice late model van and the amount of equipment he brings is quite large. I could tell he has invested quite a lot in his equipment. He is definitely a floor refinishing expert. The job was done very timely and virtually no dust. I would give 11 stars if I could!

    Hardwood Refinishing

    We hired Toronto Restoration Services to refinish our 20+ years old hardwood floors throughout our main floor.     Original Hardwood Refinish

    Jason and his team did an amazing job refinishing our old hardwood floors. The was a lot of wear and stains that Jason took take care of, his team also made recommendations based on their expertise and matched the stain we wanted brilliantly.     Home looks brand new !

    Recently had my floors redone by TRS and they look fantastic!!! Transformed from an early 2000s honey colour glossy red oak to a beautiful and natural light oak colour. Home now looks updated and modern. Pricing was upfront and fair. Jason was very responsive and finished the project on time. Minimal dust and place was cleaned up well after they left. Jason connected me with movers and a painter on short notice. He was able to finish the job quickly while we were out of town visiting family so the timing was super convenient. In 10 days the furniture was moved, floors in my 3 story house were beautifully refinished , painted 2 floors and everything moved back in. This was done in half the time it would typically take. If you are looking to have your floors refinished and transform your house Jason is a good person to know. You wont be disappointed!

    Living and bedroom original hardwood restoration

    I contacted Jason and his crew to ask for a quote to restore the original hardwood floors in a house I just purchased. The floor had lots of staining and wear, hardwood is from the 60's. Jason provided a quote virtually with pictures I provided, he is great to work with and is very knowledgeable on what is needed to bring life back into your floor. He and his crew were there for 3 days and did an amazing job. As you can see from the pictures, the floors are night and day. I will always recommend him and his company if anyone I know has any flooring needs.
