We had a great experience from start to finish working with In2Blue. First, Simone was very responsive with providing a quote and answering my many questions via email - so responsive in fact, that Ive already had my services completed and still havent heard back from other companies I reached out to for quotes. Second, Marcus and Brett who came to do the cleaning were very diligent and I now have beautiful and clean windows (that hadnt been washed in years) to enjoy the summer. We had asked if the team could visually inspect what we believe was an issue with our soffit, and they wrote back to us with not only the issue, but also recommended a tradesmen who could help take care of it. Lastly, I appreciate that the company gives back - they sponsor an underprivileged deaf school in Brazil. I called In2blue for a quote on Gutter/Window cleaning. From the beginning I was delighted with their service and professionalism. Simone was was prompt in setting up the quote and the service appointment. Julian did an amazing job, even going above and beyond to clean my door and side panel. Such a nice touch. I am embarrassed to say that it has been a few years since we have washed the outside of our windows. As my husband and I are aging, we have let some things slide. Each time I sat at my computer and looked out of the window, I cringed. It, and all the rest of our windows (basement included) were in need of a good cleaning. We decided on In2Blue Window Cleaning because they are local and I had read some wonderful reviews. When I reached out for a quote, Simone responded quite quickly and we felt that the price was fair for cleaning what we had neglected for such a long time. Julian came to our house on the seemingly hottest days of the summer, only needing access to our outdoor tap. Despite the obstacle of bushes, pesky screens and second story windows, he spent a lot of time and effort meticulously cleaning not only the windows, but the frames as well. And he did it with a smile and a gracious attitude. We are so happy with the job that he did. How awesome it is to se through clean windows again! We would recommend In2Blue Window Cleaning absolutely. But there's another reason why we would recommend this company. Julian was born deaf. He has made huge strides in overcoming what might seem to be life-altering and challenging to many. His company endeavors to hire people with the same type of disability, - to provide work and income where job choices might be limited. And that speaks volumes to us!Answer from pro:

We're delighted with the work done by In2Blue Window Cleaning. We decided to go with the complete package - inside & outside plus screen cleaning and track cleaning. We have a few problem windows that made it difficult for them to remove and replace the screens, but they managed to get them all done. The crew worked quickly and professionally and the windows really shine now! Yes my eavestroughs were at disaster... not only fully covered by dead leaves and other things but also some plants even started grow there. Julian and his crew had great job to clean all these eavestroughs, finishing up with 4 brown leave bags! They also cleaned all clogged downspouts, and now our house is revived!! I know our house was one of the toughest job for them, but they handled with great professional manner. No stressed, no complaining, not making me feel ashamed of the condition.. also I should mention their customer service is one of the best as others had already commented. Quick yet detailed response and follow up with warm manner. I highly recommend this company and I will see them again!!Answer from pro:

In2Blue cleaned all windows, door windows, and deck window exteriors in our 81 unit stacked townhouse complex. With the use of a Boom Lift and Water poles, they removed all the construction debris and old paint that had been annoying us for years! Windows were left spotless. Their quote was a litter higher than most, but we are so happy we went with them. Well worth the price. We will definitely use them again!!Answer from pro:
