    Leaking toilet

    They were quick and efficient and fixed the leaking toilet. They respected social distancing and wore ppe.

    Leaking pipe repairs

    Had a leak at a joint in the pipes for a bathroom. They came out quickly, were very friendly, efficient, professional, neat, and reasonably priced. Kyle was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing as he quickly replaced the pipes and joint. Would definitely use them again

    Grizzly to the rescue!

    Broken toilet supply line - nightmare! From contact to repair, awesome service all the way through. Have an old semi in the Beach, this is the 3rd time I’ve dealt with them, all unrelated problems, and great experience every time. Highly recommend!!!

    Fast, reliable, knowledgeable

    Grizzly Plumbing has always been the most reliable, fast and thoughful service provider I have dealt with for my house. But now, in the context of the pandemic, I am even more impressed. I contacted them with a potentially very serious issue. They responded right away. They had procedures in place to be able to do their work while still being mindful of the need for safety in the context of COVID-19. They care about their clients and are very knowledgeable.

    Outside building trap removal and install of clean out on stack

    I called Grizzly after a Sunday night plumbing emergency due to a clogged main drain. Andrew showed up on time, was polite, courteous and explained exactly what was required to repair and the options. He worked hard to ensure that I could run/use my taps and bathroom as soon as possible. The work was completed on time and as quoted. The work area was clean and put back exactly before he left. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Grizzly and they’re my go-to should I ever require a plumber I’m the future.

    Shower Valve and Trim Replacement

    Working with Calvin was a pleasure. He arrived on schedule, completed the job within the original time frame, and provided good input along the way. His work was clean and he took the time to complete the little details (such as adjusting the shower valve temperature to the right setting). I am very happy with the final product.

    Kitchen Plumbing

    I had a dishwasher mishap and when I went to turn the water off the valve was leaking and wouldn't turn off properly. I call the company at 10pm on a Friday night and a young gentleman named Andrew picked up the call. I explained the situation and he guided me as to how to turn the water off so that we don't have a flood and explained what it could be and their costs etc. He was very transparent. He showed up Saturday morning at just before 9:00 am and resolved the plumbing issue. Very thorough and knowledgeable. I wouldn't hesitate to have him come back and do work.

    New boiler installation

    I called Grizzly to replace an old leaking boiler. They came the same day and provided me with a very competitive estimate and were very knowledgeable about the type of system I required. Calvin returned to install my new boiler. He was very professional, left the house immaculate and took a lot of time to explain how the boiler works and to review some basic trouble shooting. All the scheduling and billing was done electronically, which was very convenient. I would recommend them without hesitation.

    Amazing experience!

    They came over the same day and fixed a tough clog deep in our drain. Professional and he even cleaned up after! A few weeks later we were having an issue on another pipe. He was in the area and came over in just 5 minutes! Definitely would recommend and use again.

    Kitchen Repairs and Toilet Replacement

    I’ve used Grizzly twice now and will never use another plumbing company. My first experience was after the kitchen sink in my rental apartment gave out. Brad came out within a couple of hours and was incredibly kind and helpful. He gave sound advice, including flagging choices that could cut costs and identifying options that weren’t worth the money. He went out to get a replacement sink and installed it the same day for a very fair price. Fast, honest, reliable. Two years later and in a new apartment, I needed a toilet replaced. Confirmed the booking at 11:30 pm and Derek was here at 7:30 on the dot, having already picked up a new toilet for me. He installed it quickly, was very nice, and once again reasonably priced. As a single young woman with no knowledge of plumbing, I really appreciate being able to rely on a team of great guys who are upfront and honest, friendly and safe, and look for ways to cut costs for me rather than price gouging. Thanks guys!
