    Bathroom Reno

    Great experience with this contractor. I am in love with my new bathroom. Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. Workmanship is great, on time and on budget. Really appreciated the frequent updates on progress. Also very clean worker no debris left behind each day was awesome. B & L Constructions is my first choice for future projects.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Our kitchen renovation was the sixth job that Brice has done for us. It was an extensive renovation that required creating a massive bulkhead over the cupboards, new venting for the range hood, siding repair for the new vent, and new wiring. Brice did the complete removal of the old cupboards and island. He did the complete installation of the new island, and cupboards and coordinated the ordering and installation of the granite countertops. Brice is great to work with. He is always on time, has a great personality with a wonderful sense of humour. We are delighted with the work Brice did for us and highly recommend him.

    Bathroom renovation

    Brice and Mac met to discuss the bathroom renovation. Brice talked about and showed Mac pictures of what could be done. He then gave a quote for the reno. Once Brice started the work he would explain what he'd be doing each day. He was always willing to answer questions and invited us to examine the different stages. He kept the site clean. Mac is completely satisfied and would recommend Brice to anyone.

    Great bathroom reno experience!!

    We could not be happier with the experience we recently had with B&L Construction. Of the three companies we contacted to quote on our main bathroom renovation, Brice was the only one who actually came out on site to take a look at the room and to discuss with us what we were looking for. Right from that moment Brice was extremely communicative, and gave us a detailed quote which explained all of the options we had. Any time we had any questions (and we had a few), Brice was more than happy to explain. Our reno started on time and actually finished ahead of schedule; Brice and Nick were absolutely fantastic to work with. The job site was cleaned up daily and the reno turned out even better than we could have hoped for. We were so happy with the experience that we have hired B&L to renovate our second bathroom in the spring. We would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Brice and B&L Construction!

    Shower renovation

    I needed shower repairs as I had water behind my tiles :( I found B & L construction on Homestars, and gave them a call. Brice came over, looked over the situation, and told me what needed to b done, with a price that didn’t make me faint lol . Him and his team showed up every day on time, we’re cheerful and pleasant and cleaned up after themselves after every shift 4 days later I have a shower that I love. I highly recommend this company. They do the job right! And they do the job well. Two thumbs up. Thank you Brice!

    PERFECTION

    Brice was very professional, organized, punctual and detail oriented. I had a vision for my bathroom and he delivered exactly what I wanted. Brice is super friendly and stuck to time his time line. I was so impressed that I have hired him to come back and renovate my fireplace.

    Bathroom Renovation

    Once we decided that it was time for a bathroom/walk in closet renovation we also began the search for a company to complete the project for us. We were focused on getting a St. Albert company to do the work. After reading the website reviews for Brice’s company we decided to have him provide us with an estimate. He arrived within hours to start the process. Brice listened very carefully to what we were hoping to achieve. He immediately grasped our ideas and let us know what could and could not be done. He provided 3D drawings of the proposed layout, which helped us visualize the finished project. Unlike some other companies who either provided closets or bathroom renovations, but not both, Brice introduced us to his closet supplier who also worked closely with us. Bev was quick to not only understand our requirements but made us aware of all the possibilities. Brice made it all one package and coordinated to process so it was seamless to us. The timeline and processes were all laid out for us and there were no surprises other than good ones. Brice is passionate about his work. His attention to detail is excellent and his ability to translate our thoughts into a finished product is outstanding. Every night the job area was cleaned, and tools packed up and out of the way. He was very respectful of our living space. The complexity of our project required working every weekday for almost five weeks. We got to know Brice during that time. He has a great sense of humour, and we enjoyed welcoming him and his sunny disposition into our home every morning. The job was completed a few days ahead of schedule. What we have now is jaw dropping. Our bathroom/walk in closet is beyond our expectations. We could not be happier. We have already booked Brice for two patio door installations in the fall.

    Bathroom renovation

    Absolutely beyond thrilled with the work done! Professional and personable, the project took less time and came in cheaper than the quote! They kept the area and the transition areas clean and protected. Highly recommend giving Brice a call!

    General contractor superb!

    Called Brice to do some work on our house. He was on time and pleasant to deal with! He took his time and did the job properly. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him for any construction needs!

    Basement mechanical room/storage area.

    Brice was very patient and professional as well as diligent to complete the work on schedule as well as to the customers requirements. His work ethic is excellent and his quality is top notch. I would recommend B & L construction to anyone seeking residential or commercial work. Brice knows his trade, and deals very well with customers in a professional manner.
