    Fridge did not been to be replaced

    Had trouble with my fridge was told it needed to be replaced compressor was done. I unplugged the fridge and then got it going again working just like new. No response from company

    Fridge Repair

    Appliance Repair Expert is not the cheapest company in the area, but their prices are in line with the quality of their work. When I asked them to fix my fridge, they went above and beyond.

    Fridge service

    What great service! Kervens went above and beyond to help service me - so friendly and professional. He even contacted me the following day to make sure there were no issues (I have never had that for an appliance repair) Definitely calling him again - thank you Kervens!!

    Great work.

    Dryer not repaired....$450 please!

    Dryer not working. 250 plus 2 hrs to replace faulty sensor. $89 estimate fee waived. Sensor replaced. Now main circuit board faulty. New board 250 plus labour. No credit for sensor or not fixing dryer. Money down proverbial drain.

    Washer Repair

    Found Jason on Google and as we like to support local. Couldnt be happier with the service. Will definitely add him to speed dial for all our appliances needs

    lousey servie

    lousy service customer service sucks waited 5 weeks for part and technician couldn't fix washer was here 2 times . son fixed with 17.00 dollar part and he doesn't evan have a pluming degree . dont't waste your money calling these people

    Washer repair

    I call in to inquire about the washer repair service, I was offered $30 discount for new customer so I book an expert. The expert came in look at my washer at first he said the filter was dirty and asked me to wash and clean it which I did. Then he still cant make the washer to work and told me that the parts that has problem will take 4 months to order and will cost at least $250. He suggested to just replace the washer. The whole process took him only 15-20 mins. He asked for my payment, I gave my visa without question as I am still in disbelief of the kind of service. After after a few minutes, I check my visa balance and saw $98.79 charges which is more than what I expected. I was promised $80 fee less $30 discount. I really felt dissatisfied with the service.

    Middleman virtual company. Avoid at all costs!

    They will subcontract out to smaller companies and don't exist in local spaces, themselves. They list a number of different offices--I looked them up and their addresses are being sold as 'virtual offices' which means fake address. The technician arrived to look at my washing machine and asked what was wrong with it. (apparently dispatch never explained?) I told him it gets extremely loud when in the spin cycle. He then spent around 1 to 2 minutes pressing buttons and shined a flashlight underneath, saw nothing, and told me he couldn't fix it. For this I was charged over $100. He didn't open it, pull it away from the wall, or even listen to a quick cycle. This level of 'diagnosis' could have been done over the phone. Maybe I just got unlucky with the tech they sent, but I'd recommend avoiding them for technicians who won't force you to pay for no work.

    Fridge Repair - took the money and ran

    they came same day to diagnose our fridge. was told $300 to fix, needed more Freon. Tech never showed 2 times. No calls on why they couldn't show. Went with a proper repair company. Turns out this company has 85 complaints with BBB!
