    the worst experience

    The technician came and diagnosed in 1 min. Quote: Labor cost $300 plus parts but he doesn't know how much is the parts because he never opened it, and he doesn't know what needs to be changed. DO not ever call this company for the services.

    Technician never returned.

    Dispatch was easy. Tech came within 2 days to diagnose. I was told that the $110 call out fee would be reimbursed if I decided to have them repair my range. Tech said he'd be back in 2 days with the necessary part. He called back on they day he was supposed to arrive and said the part was not available and that it would be another week. I asked him for the part number. He gave it to me and I found the part in stock within 2 hours. I called him back but he had no voicemail and then didn't respond to txts. I called dispatch and they tried calling him. No answer. This went on for days. This company had no ability to escalate and never offered to dispatch a different technician. Finally after complete frustration, called another company which proceeded to fix it easily and promptly. Now they won't reverse the call out charge, even though they were not able to provide a technician. This company is simply a dispatch that uses independent techs like Uber. There is no accountability whatsoever.

    Dishwasher Error

    My Bosch dishwasher was giving an error code and I googled and found Appliance Repair Expert on top. So called them, a technician was booked, tried fixing one error but another error came up. He was not able to fix the problem and promise to come back with a solution and charged me $100. Since then I have been calling them and no reply. If they are professional, should fix the problem and satisfy customers but it seems like they are run-away technicians.

    Shell Company- DO NOT USE!!!!

    No Repair, I Googled for a local appliance repair place and this company came up, turned out they weren't local at all. High reviews, all written by themselves I think! Two guys showed up for the repair, didn't find anythinng wrong, vaccumed and cleaned back of fridge, were gone in 30 minutes charging my wife $250.00. Tried to call them back, several compainies on the web all go to same call guy who just dispatches calls to different repair companies he couldn't answer why bill was so high and wanted me to speak to the technician! Should have only been charged for the $89 call out fee and maybe a bit of labour!!! Never again!!!

    Washing machine - no followup

    No problem getting an estimator out for my washing machine. He quoted me a price, I agreed, and he told me it would be about a week for parts. This was over three weeks ago and I haven't heard anything except for my credit card being charged. No phone call, no "hey, the part is backordered," no nothing. So I disputed the credit card charges and went elsewhere.

    Fridge warranty repair

    I needed a warranty repair done on my fridge. I paid the $100 diagnostic fee and was willing to go ahead with the repair job as quoted (and so was the warranty company), but ARE declined to do the work, leaving me without a working fridge, $100 poorer, and having to start all over again with another repair company. The manage does not respond to his voice mail!

    Stove repair

    Guy came earlier then expected was able to accommodate him job was done fast even though LG updated the part and it looks different they reassured me it will work better and last longer it was an update by LG not them

    Bad Technician

    Technician not trustworthy - he told me that he replaced my ice maker but did not. Closed the file and told me to get someone else after he could not repair my ice maker

    DO NOT HIRE - Worst customer service, have taken $ but have not fixed

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. My story is almost exactly like so many others on here unfortunately. We contacted Appliance Repair in April to repair our stove top. Service Technician came out, diagnosed problem and said would be in touch the next day with an eta on when would be back to repair. We (unfortunately) paid most of the quote in advance. I never heard from the technician again until multiple reach outs to the company and to him directly. He then missed scheduled appointments, twice, (with no communication) and when he finally showed up (after AGAIN having to call & text multiple times), he had the wrong part and we needed to reschedule. After 4 more weeks I asked for a refund, reached out the manager Andrew (who would never call to speak in person) who emailed that if the stove wasn't repaired by the end of the week they would refund. The technician showed up Friday, at 4 pm and 'fixed' the problem. Only to have the problem happening again an hour after he left. I immediately reached out to the technician and the manager (this was May 27th) with a video of the problem. Never heard from the manager but the technician said he would be back. It is now June 22nd, we have had 2 more missed appointments and the manager has yet to call even after having left multiple message and emails asking for help. The technician is saying that he will come back again but I am done - too many missed appointments and do not trust this company. I think a refund is a reasonable at this point so we can actually get the stove fixed - hoping the company will honor their commitment.

    No repair, no refund

    I Googled for a local appliance repair place and this company came up, turned out they weren't local at all. After a couple of days a guy came out, poked around in my dishwasher, tried to sell me a new one, did not fix it but did demand money and left a horrible mess for me to clean up. There was no attempt to make things right. They have tons of great reviews, but they sound like they were all written by the guy in the office.
