I've had an issue with my oven, its door couldn't be shut in full. I knew that the best service for appliance could be found with the Appliance Repair Expert. I tried to find the culprit by myself but honestly, I am not into repairs, you know. Their technician inspected the oven and explained that the door spring was broken. Company was very quick to respond and send out repairman to diagnose the leak problem I had with my dishwasher. But the return visit with needed parts was four days after it was promised and after several calls (and no response) to the repairman himself and to the repair team manager. The good news is (fingers crossed) the problem is fixed and my dishwasher will live for a long time to come.

We thought to adjust the settings, however, their technician did it much better. He was also very attentive to our questions, and answered them without irritation but with a smile. The Technician from Appliance repair expert came on Monday Jan 31st to run diagnostics and let me know the issue the cost for the visit $111.87 will be waived if I let them do the repairs. I was with him all the 17 min he spent pressing buttons. then he told me the main control panel is damaged even all the light were on it just will not start the cycle and he said the cost will be $700+ to repair it After he left I wasn't convinced he knew what he was doing. so I googled the issue and run the diagnostics which he didn't do and found the Error F0 E1 and I cleared it and ran self test and it start to working I did 3 loads no problem. I contacted the company for refund they provided an email I emailed no answer. don't hire this company
