    Oven repair

    They stood me up

    Made an appointment for them to come and diagnose my fridge. Got the confirmation via text. They never showed up for the appointment. No phone call, nothing. I called them, they said yeah we'll come and never showed up.

    Washer repair

    I am delighted with their commercial services, especially glasswasher repairs, standard in any Hospitality business. I want to collaborate with them on a long-term basis. Hopefully, they accept such requests!

    Dishwasher

    Happy in the past but ... price of consultation visit this time was almost twice that quoted on the phone - negotiated a lower price, but still higher. Option to buy new through them or repair, but we wanted to do more research on potential models and not buy on the spot. After decision was made to repair, we called them three times and they said we would be contacted, but never heard from the repair person. We have moved on - waste of time and money. They are quick to call and take the job, not so on following through.

    Stove repair
