    Terrible experience

    Really bad experience. Technician was rude to me on the phone. They fixed the appliance and then when it broke a few weeks later, they denied that it was related and refused to return to assess or fix it.

    washing machine

    taras was great. he was thorough in diagnosing the problem and great with repairing the machine. he explained everything that he was doing, was clear about the price in advance, and most importantly, was very respectful of my home. he wore boot covers, was careful about where he put his tools and cleaned up after the job was done.

    Gas oven Not working

    Great service from the beginning. Went from a quick online communique to live customer service discussions to scheduling a service call for the very next day. All the while respecting and accommodating my availability. The technician Ali was great as well. He diagnosed the problems with both ignitors and subsequently replaced them. All this scheduled, diagnosed and fixed within 24hrs. Some other services were either not reachable after hours or lead times were out 3 weeks! Can’t be without a stove a few days before Thanksgiving! I would recommend Appliance Repair Experts without hesitation.

    Repair a dishwasher

    Repair a dishwasher ......he was very professional but friendly arrived on time. He was through and checked everything. I very pleased and would highly recommend them

    Grate job

    Taras did great job fixing my dishwasher. I had problem with power communication somewhere inside appliance. He spent 2 hours by finding it and fixed . Really experienced technician. Highly recommend this company. Thank you.

    Dryer repair

    I would like to thank Dmitri first for his excellent customer service and speed of response! We had our Amana dryer repaired for no heat. The turn around time was very quick! Victor came and assured me our dryer was worth repairing as it was a good machine. The dryer was repaired and Victor cleaned out the dryer completely. Shortly after the repair we had something else go wrong with the dryer. Appliance repair experts worked with us to make sure the dryer was back up and working! It is working like new again. We will always use this company for all appliance repairs! ty!!!

    will do whatever it takes to make the customer happy

    Needed 2 appliances fixed. Got a call back right away to my request for service and they were able to get a repair tech out the next day on a Saturday to boot, which was great so I did not have to take time off work.

    Dishwasher and washer

    Needed both a Miele Dishwasher and a Frigidaire washing machine fixed. Technician was prompt courteous clean quick effective. I am hoping that everything will continue to work properly from here on in. He also found a leak in some plumbing which I now have to call another repair person for so I’m grateful for that.

    Dishwasher repair

    The company replied to my quote request immediately, I had a technician come to my house the same day. Dmitry was on time and provided great service in repairing my dishwasher.
