    Fix viking freezer

    Dmitry came by and was very informative and helpful. My freezer was iced up and he told me to disconnect power and let that out and it should work fine. It works fine now. Thank you.

    Washing Machine Repair by MIsha

    Our washing machine suddenly stopped working properly. The machine was unable to function on the "spin" cycle and the lid kept "locking". We were quickly able to book an appointment with the Appliance Repair Experts. Misha arrived during the appointed time and was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He diagnosed and explained the problems and provided excellent service. He even came back the next day to double-check that that machine was functioning exactly as it should. Now, we have a washing machine that is working perfectly. We would definitely call this company again if we need an appliance repair, and we fully recommend their expert service to family, friends, and clients. Thanks very much, Misha! (Hannah & family)

    Laundry room shutdown

    Both washer & dryer failed within a day of each other. Moez arrived as promised on Monday & repaired washer without any parts & advised how to prevent future issues plus offered maintenance advice. Dryer would require s/o parts which didn't arrive until late Thursday & returned Friday with the parts. On taking dryer apart he found an unanticipated problem which he had parts for. Again he offered future maintenance advice. Best repairman service we've ever had.

    Leaky Fridge Repair by Sam

    My fridge was leaking a fair amount of water at the bottom. It could have been a number of things from looking on the internet, but nothing I wanted to tackle on my own. It was easy to book an appointment with the Appliance Repair Experts and a tech was available during the time and date I was able to take off work to be there for the repairs. Sam was knowledgeable, friendly and showed me what the issue was (lots of ice build up on the coils in the freezer and not draining due to the drainage hole being blocked). He glued one of the cracks in the pull out drawer and he showed me how to replace the filter for the ice maker too! Great job Sam!! I would definitely call them again if I need an appliance repair.

    Stovetop installation

    Very good and professional service. Called Burak and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He ordered the burner part and installed it. Work just fine. It's a very quick service turnaround.

    Freezer and dryer repair; assessment of washer

    The team responded to my service request immediately. Viktor arrived exactly on time, actually we were able to schedule the visit a day early, even on a long weekend. Viktor was extremely professional and knowledgable. Now we have a working freezer and dryer and received appropriate and practical advise regarding our washer. I would recommend Appliance Repair.     Fridge/Dishwasher Repair

    Had a great experience using this company and would use again for sure. Very quick response time and were able to answer all questions. Dimitri and Mischa were knowledgeable and friendly and got the job done quickly! Will refer these guys to friends any day!

    They’re excellent!

    Fridge repair

    Was a bit disappointed with the scheduling... the original service call window was missed. Was given a 4 hour window, waited the whole time and got a phone call in the last 7 minutes of the call window apologizing that the repair man won’t make it, we’ll no duh. Did reschedule for another day, got another 4 hour window... got a bit nervous to be honest that once again no one was going to show. Fortunately Taras came, and I’m so glad he did! Nice, friendly and professional. He was quick and clean. He explained what the problem was, plugged drain pipe, and that it’s a common problem. Super happy that we didn’t need any parts, nor did we have to end up buying a new fridge!

    Quick diagnosis

    Taras quickly diagnosed the problem with our dishwasher, and then told us how we could correct the installation ourselves, to save us the labour $ we would have had to pay to have him do it.
