    Installation of LG washer and dryer with storage pedestal

    Dmitry installed our LG washer and dryer with storage pedestal within two days after delivery. [He will install the SideKick pedestal, which is in the process of being replaced by Costco after it was found to be damaged on delivery, at a later date.] Because he was able to install the appliances without help, he quoted us an excellent price, at least $100 cheaper than the competitors. The job was done proficiently and neatly and Dmitry was very courteous and patient in answering my many questions. He even reversed our dryer door for no charge. Highly recommended!

    Speedy reply - Great service

    Dmitry serviced my commercial dishwasher yesterday afternoon and did a fantastic job. It wasn't working properly and he was able to pin point the issue relatively quickly and was able to show me what the issue was. I had no idea dishwashers had internal breakers. He showed me what to do if this ever happens again. I'd trust these guys with any other appliance issues I may have in the future. The Dishwasher is now working as good as new.

    Dishwasher information

    I spoke to Dimitri several times for advice on a dishwasher repair. He answered the calls and directed me what to do. I appreciated the time spent helping and will reach out for the next repair required.

    Washing machine repair

    Alright people, you can forget about all other appliance repair companies. These guys are simply outstanding. From texting to advise when a serviceman will come (with updates), to courteous service advising on how to save money, to prompt follow-up. All very professional. But the clincher is: error code on 5 yr old Samsung washer said electronic door replacement needed. Part was ordered and installed. Didn't fix it. New error code, said replace mother board. Part ordered and installed. Worked when repairman tried briefly. Next day, didn't work. They amazingly took back and didn't charge for both parts, refunding me all the costs except the initial ~$70 service call. Hats off to Dmitri for his management, to Ali and to Viktor the repairmen. Full experience totally blew me away. Now gotta buy a new machine.

    Leaking Fridge

    We were very pleased with the quick response we received when we called for an assessment of our leaking fridge. The technician was extremely professional and patient . He took time to explain the issue and it was all solved within an hour. We are very satisfied with the service and have no hesitation in recommending Dmitry and his team!

    Great service

    I wish I called Dimitri when I first started having issues with my commercial dishwasher. I had called in different company about two months ago to fix a heating issue with my high temp glass dishwasher. This other company wasnt able to fix the problem after 3 visits. I had spent quite a bit on two parts and it still wasnt fixed. I was finally told that to fix the washer, I'd need to spend an additional $2200. I called Dimitri for a second opinion. He arrived for our appointment, and found the issue in no time. He saved me from paying for an unnecessary part. He even followed up a couple days later to make sure things were still working. Great, honest and friendly service.

    Washing machine repair

    Dmitry did a great job diagnosing the issue with our washing machine and fixing it. He did a number of tests before he left to make sure it was working well

    Dryer not spinning

    Viktor was outstanding, laying out all the possible options. He worked through the cheaper alternatives while making me aware of what it may cost me. The repair didn't need the big repair and was done fast and on a low budget. Thanks!

    Dishwasher Installation

    Email response time was excellent, as were all answers to my many questions by email. The technician, Dimitri, arrived during the time period that we discussed, which was the same day! Dimitri was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. An all around good guy providing an outstanding experience. I wouldn't hesitate to refer him to friends, family and clients.
