Like several other reviews, we called a technician to look at our broiler and our ice maker. We were told after a short glance at each that we needed to replace those components. We paid for the diagnostic appt and were told they would follow up with the price of the parts so we could decide whether we wanted to proceed with having them fixed. After several weeks - no response. Ive sent several emails to the manager who keeps blowing smoke and saying he will contact my technician but he doesnt. Do not use this company!!! End of January 2023 they came out to look at a faulty burner on stove. Technician tried wiping it down for a while, didn't know how to open up the stove. Charged $350 (out of $430) and said it would be a couple weeks to get the replacement part. I called about 1.5 months later asking for an update, they said a tech would call me. I was polite. Two weeks later, still no update, so I try calling back, only this time I can't get through. Looks like my number is blocked. Friends on other phones can get through, but not me. UNTRUSTWORTHY- I paid $550 for parts and repairs that were never not completed. Ive had to chase the repair person for the past three months and our oven hood is still not working. None of my calls or my emails have been returned from management. They came out to look at my fridge. The technician didn't know how to take the part off to inspect it. He did not even attempt to test the part with a multimeter and then demanded payment. This company sent service people to fix our washer, they replaced 1 part and said they would order the other. No time frame given and they will not communicate since they left. Calls are disconnected and emails/chat messages are unanswered. We will not use this company again and would not recommend based on their complete lack of communication.Answer from pro:

This company Came to fix my freezer on fridge. Took a week to get them out. They never fixed it. Took my money - promised refund, never got! Tech could not even insert drawer properly, knew nothing about fixing this type of equipment. Call another company! There is NO customer service. You call manager and you get a computer-generated voice message. No manager. I suspect it is a one-man operation with an inept technician.Answer from pro:

I called this company to repair my Fridge and got an appointment a few days later. So far so good! Their technician "M B" came to the house and diagnosed the issue as a non-working fan in the freezer compartment that drives cold air to the fridge. The freezer was working but the fridge was warm. Mike happened to have a part in his truck and replaced the fan. He spent about an hour at the house and assured me that this was the issue. When Mike left, the fan was running and over the next few days it continued to run and run and run and run. The freezer was now getting warmer and the fridge part was getting colder. So cold that it started to freeze everything (vegetables, cheese, pop etc). I called Appliance Repair experts and also the technician (he gave me his direct phone number). The Manager called back every time and told me they would have the technician call me. HE NEVER DID. This has been going on for eleven days now. The original problem still exists and I have had to call in another repair company. I have never left a review for anyone before but this time I feel that people need to be told DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Answer from pro:

These guys came out December 22 to service my freezer. They charged me $224 and we havent heard from them since. Ive been calling, emailing and no response. Ive asked for a credit many times and absolutely no response. Its been almost 2 months. Terrible customer service!Answer from pro:
