I had the gutters replace in the fall of 2018. The work seemed to be done well and overall have been happy with the gutters and install but follow up work has yet to be completed. In the summer of 2019, I noticed one corner of the gutters leaked and water was falling onto a spot on the lawn. Due to the height of the gutter, the water essentially left a large bald spot on the lawn that could never grow grass. I've contacted the company repeatedly and finally got someone to come to look at it but since then no communication by either text or calls. I've left numerous voicemails and text messages with no replies. The gutter is way too high for me to reach to repair myself but I shouldn't have to make the attempt as the work should be warrantied and rectified. I would avoid this company as their follow up is horrible in the event there is a problem with the install.

I picked 3 companies to get quotes for Eavestrough replacement. One just sent an email, the second wanted to up-sell, but Tony came out spent time explaining what he would do and only quoted on what we wanted done. He was here at the time promised and the work completed promptly. Great job and cleanup afterwards. I highly recommend this company.

Tony and his crew did an excellent job! We live downtown Toronto and own a tall 3 storey home. we wanted the eaves replaced and extra board and batten capping above and below our front bay window. Tony answered my calls promptly, came to see me in person to give me a quote, offered good suggestions for colour and style. He was on time to do the job and his team was friendly and honest. We live in a smaller semidetached home and were in need of eavestrough replacement and fascia repair! We saw this company working in the area, checked HomeStars and called! We are very glad we did. Tony, a very personable man, came to see what was needed and gave us a very reasonable quote. Our attached neighbour got involved and asked that his eavestrough be replaced too. Three days later the crew arrived and completed the work. We were very pleased at how competently and professionally the work was done. It looks great! I give them an A+ recommendation!

Hired Tony and his team to do eaves/gutters/fascia/soffit/downspouts replacement. It was a pleasant experience from the initial phone call to the completion of the job. Easy to deal with, quick, accurate, professional and reasonably priced. Did a good job, happy with how it's done.

Tony and his team are very professional. Tony came to my house to give me a quote for installing new eavestroughs and downspouts in the front of my townhouse. I received three other quotes from other companies but decided to go with Professional Gutters as their quote was very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their eavestroughs and downspouts done. They do an excellent job.

Jake was an excellent communicator. He responded quickly to messages or calls. They were very competitive with their pricing. On the installation date, they were on time and completed the job quickly and effectively. All clean up was completed. Highly recommend them

Jake came to our house to quote the job unlike some companies out there that use google maps and scheduled us in fairly quickly and they were on time, did their magic in 3 hours. They are professional, know what they are doing and easy to talk too and answered any questions that we had. Our new Eavestrough and Fascia look fantastic.
