    DAVID KOO, DID NOT CAULK TOILET WITH PROPER COLOR, REQUESTED HE RETURN, PROMISED HE WOULD RETURN, GAVE RUN AROUND AND NEVER RETURNED. I TRUSTED THE FELLOW, PAID WHILE HE AAIS HE WOUKD EETURN DOR PROPER CAULKING, AFTER PAYMENT TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY, NOT AN HONORABLE MAN. SO YES, TOILET FIXED BUT JOB INCOMPLETE
