    Reoccurring plugged kitchen sinks

    I called and Drain King came the next morning assessing the situation thoroughly explained it to my wife and I and went to work. Cleaned and flushed out the debris and blockage in the pipes completely. Very happy with service and work provided.

    Kitchen sink

    We're very happy with this company. Very quick, professional and most importantly everything works now. A sink in our rental unit wasn't working and in less than a day everything is up and running again. This is the third time we have used them and it is always the same experience: excellent. Tyler called us to explain what needed to be done and his approach, we agreed and in no time he was calling us back with the good news. Everything was working, he took pictures (attached) and sent us the invoice. Done! Peace of mind, priceless. Thank you so much, we will be recommending you to friends and family. Keep it up!

    Backyard pipe burst

    Samad at Drain King saved the day! I had just hooked up the backyard hose to find that I had a major leak. Samad arrived quickly and promptly as promised with all the necessary gear in tow. Samad was extremely efficient and had my problem solved in no time. He was polite and was very thorough making sure multiple times that everything was operating properly. I highly recommend Samad and Drain King!

    Blocked Kitchen Pipes

    I was very pleased with the job Tyler did to help alleviate the huge blockage in my kitchen pipes. He combined the usage of the snake and hydro jets in order to clear the blockage. In addition, he also identified and showed me the area that was causing this issue and how to permanently remedy this. He was able to complete the job a few hours after he did the initial inspection and provided the quote.

    Install Tub Waste & Overflow

    Very satisfied with their service. Technician showed up within an hour after I called to inspect the job and provided the quote on the spot. Very thorough in explaining what needs to be done. Scheduled for the job 2 days later, which was very importantly to me to complete the renovations timely. Job was done in a very professional manner. Will definitely hire Drain King in the future

    Recommend using their service

    Sink drain was clogged, called Drain King, arrived within the hour. Took less than 30 minutes to clear the clog. Professional, courteous, and sincere. Provided all scenarios upfront and never felt intimidated by the representative. Highly recommend using their services!

    Kitchen faucet replaced

    Main drain clogged

    Floor drain by washing machine backing all time the machine is used and when basement washroom is flushed Technician responded on time investigated with camera inside the drain and advised the city side was clogged He assisted calling the city who confirmed the issue The tech was professional and friendly

    Quote for cleaning a partially blocked main drain

    The quote for the power water flushing for unblocking and cleaning of the main drain was $1300 + tax for approx with 2.5 hours of labor I found that highly over priced in my opinion as the quotes I am getting for the same job from others are well below what your tech has quoted
