    Clearing of blocked Drain

    Noticed my drain was clogged about 9pm and put logged in the issue on homestars. Drain King called me immediately, asked what the problem was and scheduled someone to come out within an hour. When the Plumber was running late, I was contacted and informed which was great. It was eventually resolved before midnight. The Plumber explained what he will do and how much it will cost before starting and also explained as he was clearing the drain. That made me comfortable that he knew what he was doing. Mike (I hope I got the name right) was very polite and respectful of my house.

    Replacing the drain in bathroom sink.

    Scheduled our appointment within 1 day. Plumbers arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. Work was done very quickly and efficiently and the work area was left quite clean. He took the time to explain what had been done and how we could easily remove the drain if necessary and put it back again. Followed all COVID rules. The cost was very reasonable as well and we would definitely recommend them.

    Inspection/Advice

    Wonderful to listen to and upfront honest and an unconditional physical inspection. Thoughtfully clean in attire and not clumsy in approach. They give more than take. The suggestion parted was free with an option to avail of their service and extremely helpful. We've had a couple of more contractors recommended by Home stars and one person even quoted an exhorbidant amount just based on my description and attached pic. Highly recommendable.

    Leaking tub faucet

    The service was timely and Covid and floor hygiene friendly. The technician arrived and quickly sorted out the problem. He took the guts of my faucet and was back with a match in short time. Problem solved. Very professional!

    Urgent plumbing fix required

    I was not able to use my kitchen sink until Tyler came and fixed it. I got service the same day I called. He had all the parts required and he was quick and professional. He followed all the safety precautions (mask, boot covers and gloves). I would definitly call Drain King Plumbers for any more of my plumbing needs.

    clogged drain

    Service was same day had an extremely grease clogged main drain, which was cleared enough to use immediately. Drain King returned next day to jet wash the drain and remove the grease stuck to the sides of the pipe. Professional service, on time, explained what they were doing and was able to view the camera showing all clear to the road. Great job! thanks. Would highly recommend this company.

    Kitchen facet leak

    Imagine our dismay and panic when we realized on December 24th that our newly installed kitchen facet was leaking. We called around and was so relieved that Drain King was available and arrived just a few hours later with a quick fix saving our Christmas Day dinner plans! Very reasonable priced and service man was very respectful (wearing mask ) and had the solution in only minutes!!

    Blockage

    The company has responded my call pleasantly and acted fast, The plumber was present after 2 hours. The block was removed less than an hour. The Plumber: 1) Boots not covered while walking in the hardwood floor. 2) Adamant to listen, talking very rude 3) Tried to do more jobs without necessary.

    Sump pump solution

    Called Drain King re sump pump and very next day Tyler from Drain King came to inspect and ensure pump was working which he did. I mentioned to Tyler i had other concerns re maintaining the sump pump to which he was more than considerate in listening and offering his expertise and options to mitigate. He was honest, listened to my concerns no matter how uninformed it may have sounded to him. Thank-you Tyler and Drain King for very positive first impression.

    Plumbing Repair

    This company is very professional but friendly. They contacted me right away, when I put in a request and they were able to do the work next day. The Service man wore a mask and covered his boots when in my home. He was very informative and was able to fix the issues with my toilet. Would use this company again!
