We hired Avanti Landscaping to do a refresh of our small front yard: remove and replace the existing walkway in front of / to the side of our house, replace an old wooden garden border with stone, and re-sod the lawn. The quality of the work is great: the new stone path looks and feels fantastic. It's a huge improvement over our old path, and we are very satisfied. The new grass is holding up well six weeks later, despite my keen ability to kill anything green. The only reason that I'm not 100% satisfied is that there have been multiple (lack of) communication problems. In our initial attempt to schedule the work, I waited two weeks with no communication from the company regarding even an estimated start date; I don't expect immediate response, but it shouldn't take two weeks (and me poking them) to receive even a rough estimate of when the work will take place. Secondly, there was a small area for which I requested a touch-up, about a week after living with the new walkway; despite an initial immediate response that yes, they would take care of it, we've been waiting well over a month, and my last text from two weeks ago has still not been answered. So all in all, we are satisfied. Perhaps it's a good sign that they are too busy to answer communications, but it would be really nice to not be left hanging like this.

We made improvements to our backyard space (new fence, walkway, backyard patio & new sod). We were very happy with the work. Great group of guys that came early and left late. Finished the job earlier than the time estimated! Would recommend and call again.

Work involved removal of extensive garden walls and walkways,reinstalling grading and installation of lighting. Crew of six or seven at times showed up Monday morning and entire job completed in four days. Thankyou to Peter, the manager in charge, Mr. Llibran, Sergey and the rest of the crew. Job completion way above expectation and on budget. All my neigbours commended the crew for there cleanup and work ethic. Highly recommended BRAVO JOB WELL DONE.

We hired Avanti Landscaping to build a patio in our backyard. This included grading as well as new sod. We had a clear vision of what we wanted, but they also provided some great ideas on how to enhance the design of a small patio. Avanti worked quickly and delivered in a timely fashion. The crew was incredibly hard working and professional and we are very satisfied with the finished product.

Quick efficient service. Crew came on the scheduled day and finished in 2 days just like they told us they would. Also their Foreman Tommy agreed to fix few other things for us as they were minor.

We had used Avanti before and were happy to use them again. Edouard and Dimitri worked very hard to make sure we were very satisfied with the work. The stairs are perfect and the stone facing has elevated the look of our backyard! Thank-you everyone!

Our grass kept on dying. Now its perfectly green and our kids enjoy it. Installation of sprinkler system ands grass was done in one day. I enjoyed their professional service.

Top marks to Avanti! After being ghosted by several other companies who spent time to give me quotes but never followed up, Avanti always got back to me. We first met in Nov/Dec and planned towards a May work schedule - which happened as originally planned. Through that planning time, Adnan was very good about following up and working with us on design options. He was easy to work with and made good suggestions for us. The crew (led by the amazing Dmitri) were very impressive. They did the whole project in 4.5 days, everyday arriving early and regularly working to 5 or 6pm or even later to stay on schedule. They cleaned up the street and sidewalk very well every night and neighbours commented on how responsible they were. We have received many compliments and are very happy with how it all turned out.

We hired Avanti to turn our small front patio into a much larger seating area. From start to finish they were a pleasure to work with! Peter is very personable and friendly. He was committed to our satisfaction and was super quick to address any small blips. Max is a very hard worker and clearly takes a lot of pride in his work. Every day he showed up we felt really confident that the result was going to be amazing...and it is! We were really impressed with both of them. We are hoping to eventually do a big backyard overhaul and Avanti will definitely be the first call we make. Thank you Peter and Max for doing such a great job.
