    Window and Laundry Door Installation

    Mark is very honest and professional. He was able to complete the work when he said he would. The quality of workmanship was excellent. My tenants were very happy with how clean he left the job site. I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone!

    Deck & Patio Door

    Our deck is HUGE and was no small undertaking for Mark to complete. We had the added complexity of multi-levels and working around existing windows (upper and lower), basement walkout access and concrete pads. Mark was thorough in his planning and design and worked with us to ensure our vision made sense when put into action. Mark’s expertise, kind and honest suggestions, and flexibility with our changing designs allowed us to maximize our space efficiently and effectively making an oasis in our backyard. The project started with a hole in the dining room wall and a patio door. Mark and Will were meticulous and ensured all the dust and debris was cleaned before they left. Instantly our space was brighter and felt bigger – like we should have done it years ago. From the outside, the door looked like it had always been there and blended in seamlessly. Mark even took a trip to the hardware store, mid-install, to fix our 40-year-old, improperly installed siding so that the patio door installation was perfect. The deck was so big it was done in phases, we were able to leave town for a few days and return to an amazing deck, that exceeded our expectations. We knew from the designs that it was going to be big, but to see the finished size was incredible. The privacy wall is unique and exactly what we wanted. We were able to enjoy a few warm, fall evenings last year with our personal outdoor movie theatre. Mark’s attention to detail extended the full project – checking in throughout and returning at the end to answer any questions or concerns we had, recommending landscaping improvements to complete overall look, and even replacing the odd board that had split during installation. We are looking forward to our first full season plus many more on our beautiful deck!

    New Doors

    I wanted to hire a local Company to install new doors in the house I just purchased. After reading many reviews I went with Mark and couldn’t have made a better choice. Mark was very pleasant and professional not to mention punctual. Covid gave us some hiccups with him having to shut down for some time but Mark always kept in touch with me to keep me updated on my custom order and when he was able to reopen. I plan on hiring him again very soon.

    New Windows Installation

    We recently had 9 windows replaced and are very pleased with them and with all aspects of the work that was done. The windows look fantastic from both inside and outside the house, and are very easy to open, close, and take the screen out to clean. Mark and his assistant Will were polite, professional, respectful, and hard working. Unlike the multiple other competitors that I had come out and give me quotes, Mark did not try to upsell me on anything, did not put any pressure on me, treated me with respect, and was considerate of our budget throughout the whole process. Prior to beginning the job, Mark and I communicated multiple times in which he patiently, promptly, and knowledgeably answered my many questions. Mark and his assistant have an excellent work ethic, and it was obvious to me from our very first conversation that Mark believes in complete integrity and full transparency. Mark provides a very high quality product-whose components are all manufactured in North America-at very reasonable prices, and good old-fashioned, top notch workmanship. I cannot recommend Windows and Doors by Mark highly enough!

    Front Window and Front Door Installation

    Fantastic job by Mark and Will! They certainly did not disappoint. Aside from the excellent workmanship that was provided, I definitely appreciated the transparency of suggesting the type of work which was best suited for our home. It's clear that they care about their craft, and do not want to disappoint. I have already recommended their services to someone. Top notch!

    Back door and deck

    We would highly recommend Mark. We called for a quote and he was there that day. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The job was done very well and on time.

    Windows

    I had 4 basement windows installed yesterday. The job was done in a timely and efficient manner. All debris was cleaned up. Mark and helper were pleasant, polite and helpful. Mark took the time to answer all my questions, even the ones not pertaining to this particular job. I would not hesitate to call this company for any window work I may need done again. Thank you, Mark.

    Great customer service

    I love my new closet doors and and my new back door the service is friendly and professional and I feel they are very honest and have my best interest in mind

    Replacement of front door on house

    Mark has been in business a long time and I know why. From the very first consult about the new door, he presented thorough and knowledgeable information and advised us to take our time to choose the right door for our house. The door installation was completed today and I could not be any more thrilled. Looks great. I will recommend Mark's Windows and Doors to everybody.

    Very happy!

    Mark did some work for my sister in law and we were very impressed. Although we had a small job, Mark was quick to come give us a quote and educate us on his product. We then decided to have 2 more windows replaced. As soon as the pandemic allowed for renovations to continue, Mark was here to complete the job. Very professional. I would highly recommend Marks Windows and Doors.
