    Basement Windows

    Very professional, polite, and even educating his customers very well. I want to thank Mark and his partner Will for doing an outstanding job with our 6 new basement windows. Without exaggeration, it was the best experience my wife and I have had thus far with a contract worker. We plan to hire Mark again to do our doors in the near future. Highly recommended. Thank you!     Window Replacement

    We can't say enough about how pleased we are with our beautiful new windows. The features and quality of the product are excellent. Mark and Will did a superb professional job from beginning to end. They worked together as an amazing team and got the installation and cleanup done in a timely manor. When we were ordering, Mark was so helpful in giving us ideas that we had never even thought of or knew about. We would highly recommend Marks Windows and Doors to anyone. Thank you Mark and Will for a fantastic job!!!!

    New window instalation

    Writing my first ever review. Looking at my new windows and had to say how pleased we are with our decision to use Marks Windows and Doors in St Catharines. From beginning to end, the process was first class. Great quality and professional in all work details. The work was completed on time and was even more than we had hoped for. We would absolutely recommend Marks services.

    Couldn’t Be More Pleased

    I have always wanted a deck off our dining room and when we finally decided to get one built, I sought two quotes. The first was very fancy and a nice sales person came to write the quote. The second quote was from Mark who understood exactly what I wanted and said he could accomodate my wants and needs. He showed up a day late because he was finishing another job but he showed up still in his work clothes and I knew he was my man! We set the date and he gave me the quote and everything fell perfectly into line. I couldn’t be more pleased with the deck and the workmanship. Thank you so much to the tram!

    Door Installation

    We recieved a referral to Mark from a friend who had nothing but good things to say about his work. Glad we did. Mark was able to answer our questions and give advice to make the door installation an easy process for us. Mark was very knowledgeable and him and his staff were very efficient the day of the installation. We are very impressed with the quality of the work!

    window replacement

    Mark and assistant arrived exactly on time, completed their work efficiently and cleaned up so well that you would never know that they had been there at all. Extremely satisfied with their work and work habits. I would recommend Mark's Windows and Doors without reservation. I plan to call them again when more work needs to done.     Replacement windows - exterior door and shutters

    Our first interaction with Marks Windows and Doors was when he installed replacement windows in an older home we purchased for our daughter. He arrived at the agreed upon date and time, explained what he was going to do, and went straight to work. He worked very quickly. when he was finished, we were left with a very neat and tidy installation. He cleaned up very well after himself. We were very pleased with his work. So pleased, we engaged him to replace an exterior door and shutters. He has just left and we are again very pleased with his work. We would not hesitiate to recommend Mark.

    Construction of Garden Shed

    Mark assisted with the design and selection of materials including windows, doors and stone. Mark completed the construction of the shed in an efficient and timely manner paying particular attention to all the finishing details. Mark is very honest, professional, likeable, competent and patient. Mark ensured we were fully satisfied with the shed throughout each step of completion. We highly recommend Mark and have referred him to others.

    Storm and Entry Doors

    Mark was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional through entire project. He was very patient with me while I chose the doors I wanted. He completed project in the time frame he gave me and he has a great guarantee. I was very pleased I chose Mark’s Windows and Doors and I would highly recommend him for your next project!

    Highly Recommend

    Mark installed a new back door. I would highly recommend Mark for any job! He is a true professional. His work was over and above what I had asked for. Mark is very quick, very very reasonable, very experienced and ensures the work is to your satisfaction. I would not even hesitate to have Mark work on any home renovation or project again !
