Lendrix provided service with courtesy, tidy excellent workmanship and all the info we need to run our new system. Everything works perfectly and the crew worked efficiently and safely, with appropriate Covid precautions. Special thanks to Krystle at the office for managing the project in the most informative and friendly way possible. The crew of Justin and Ryan are real professionals with justified pride in what they do. Justin even made friends with our slightly sceptical dogs. We stopped using our furnace this spring and when the time came to get the annual inspection we found out the board was gone, and blower motor likely toast too. We got quotes from a couple of places, and after having a horrible experience with the company we were club members with we called Lendrix based on a referral by a co-worker. Within minutes of Justin arriving to have a look at the furnace I could tell he was by far the most knowledgeable, no nonsense HVAC tech I’d dealt with. He gave me some estimates on the spot that were significantly lower than what we’d already received. Based on the repair vs replace costs, we decided to go ahead and replace both our furnace and A/C. We were told by another company it would be a 2 day job. When booking, Krystle told my wife it would just be a day, so we set an early weekend appointment. Justin and Ryan arrived right on time and set about getting the job done quickly and efficiently, all the while being friendly, and informative, while giving us the various set up options. They were so efficient that the supposed 2 day job was done in about 5 hours! Everything looks great and while we got it done just in time to need neither an A/C or furnace, we feel a lot better knowing we have a new more efficient furnace that isn’t going to die in January!

We are beyond impressed with Lendrix HVAC Services! When Justin came by originally to give us a quote for replacing our dead furnace and soon to be dead A/C he was super friendly and down to earth, but very professional. We waited two full months to book the service and they honoured the original quote (the other, much larger company threatened that if we didn’t book ASAP, prices would go up significantly). The pricing was incredibly competitive (more than $3000 less than the large company) and Justin and Ryan had both units installed in less than 6 hours (where as the larger company told us they’d need 2 full days for the install). Krystle was super lovely to chat to when booking our services too! We couldn’t be happier!!!

With the equipment supply chain being impacted by COVID-19 she went over and above in sourcing the class of unit that we wanted. He took the time to explain what he was doing, welcomed any questions we had and then walked is through everything when he was done. So I did this thing today... I am so tired of boiling over, not sleeping, doors not closing.. I found Lendrix Hvac through a fb ad on Beddington Buy and Sell, and contacted them. Justin, the owner was prompt to come by and explain things, give me a quote and help me to work with my condo board... Krystle, his wife, was very responsive to emails and questions I had. I should have done it sooner but sacrificed pride for comfort (stupid condo board).. I decided comfort and health needed to win out. I am glad I did. It is only been working an hour or so... and I already notice a difference in the house... Reach out to him if you have the need in Calgary or area, you won’t be disappointed.

We had a unit installed at the end of July based on excellent feedback and pricing via a Facebook group buy. Very clean and quick installation. Was appreciated to receive detailed instructions re use, maintenance and warranty. Price was exactly as quoted. Overall, a perfect experience. Highly recommend.

It was not really a question in my mind what company to go to when we decided to get AC installed in our home. Krystal and Justin have been very involved in the community we live in and for that reason alone, I knew 100% I would be supporting their business. Justin came and installed our AC in such a time-efficient manner, and did a great job explaining our to work things to us.
