This was my 2nd job with James, and this time was just like the ladt time. Perfect job with a reasonable price. He came out even on a labor day Monday to help fix the issue... I can't thank him enough!

When you get a sewage backflow flood, you don't have much time to research a plumber. This was my scenario, and I'm happy to have hired Crystal Drain & Plumbing to solve the problem. Danny responded to the initial call, and guided us through the whole process - he is a top notch pro, knowledgeable with excellent customer service skills. Roni, Viktor, and the other guys that did the subsequent work, are experienced, serious plumbers. Our job was extensive, but the guys worked 10-12 h days to make sure it was completed as quickly as possible. They did not skip on the quality of work, their craftsmanship is seasoned, and they treated our (and the neighbours) property with utmost respect. In short, I'm very happy with Crystal Drain & Plumbing - they did an excellent job on a tough, complicated project. Highly recommended.

I hate, in fact, never write reviews, but I need to protect future clients from similar damage by an incompetence: technician twice attempted to replace the fill pump in the toilet tank; without success . A simple enough operation. It took Kevin form Grizzly plumbers 20 minutes and another $250. This was the less costly mistake: the technician (do not want to shame him publicly) also attempted to re-attach the pull up stop at the back of the sink. In the process ( I was not looking, but heard an electric saw working in the bathroom) he broke the porcelain sink , which will cost between $700-1000 to replace. Calls to company were t returned. My repeated complaints demand of a refund and compensation did not lead to any action.

Major toilet blockage in the basement affecting two washrooms. Very speedy service, technician replied call in less than 5 mins, and arrived within an hour. Provided detail explanation of the issue, and thorough inspection after the service.

After heavy snowfall, snow plow severed cap off sewer clean out in driveway. Victor Wong responded, assessed the problem, and returned with the necessary parts and made the repairs in record time. Terrific results by a capable and amiable plumber. Would highly recommend!

Danny came on time, and had the knowledge and equipment to fix the problem. He even showed me how bad the clog was! He was professional, and respected my home by making sure the job was done, and the place was clean up afterwards. I definitely call this company back for drain services. Thanks!

I was so impressed with Crystal Plumbing when they arrived at my home. They were very professional and courteous to me and my family. At first I was a little nervous, because I have heard about plumbing disasters, but I am happy to report we had no disasters. They fixed the issue, told me upfront what the cost would be and explained the work would entail and kept us updated on the process as they worked.
