    Home Renovations

    I contracted Clean Cut Construction to complete some renos to our home (removing an interior wall and redoing basement kitchen). They were fast, efficient, on-budget, and overall great to work with. I have literally never heard of anyone having a "good" contractor experience in Toronto, but I can honestly say Jesse and his team were amazing. I feel very fortunate that I was referred to them, and will recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a good contractor.

    Speedy and super renovation

    Jesse was referred to me by my real estate agent for a quick reno to my new house. Jesse was always punctual for meetings, knowledgeable and helpful. My reno was scheduled to last three weeks...Jesse and his crew worked long hours to ensure the work was done on time and well. His crew are really nice guys with some mad skills!! The cost of the reno was close to the original estimate and Jesse kept me informed at every stage about the progress of the work and any issues that arose. There was a small hiccup with the tile and Jesse took full responsibility and immediately rectified the problem. He was already available to take a call and answer my questions. My house looks amazing-these guys did an incredible job within the allotted time and on budget. In addition to all of this, Jesse himself is awesome to deal with-great listener, attentive, great at explaining concepts in plain language and a super nice guy to boot. This was a great experience for us and I would unhesitatingly recommend Jesse and his crew.

    Daycare renovation

    Jesse and his team worked quickly and efficiently to complete some renovations to our daycare space. They were flexible in answering our various requests of backyard renovations and we appreciated their positive energy throughout. We will definitely call Clean Cut Construction again for our next renovation needs!

    Roof repair, front of house repAir and lower level roof leak repair and drywall on both levels

    Jessie and his crew were professional, on time and committed to the project from start to finish. I will not hesitate to recommend Clean Cut.

    Home renovation.

    Clean Cut Construction do excellent work. Jesse and his team are professional, efficient, trustworthy and hard-working. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who is renovating their home- you will not be disappointed!

    Kitchen Renovation and wall removal

    We asked Clean Cut to remove the wall in between our kitchen and the dining room and completely renovate the kitchen (a total gut job). Jesse and his crew were very professional and answered any questions that we had (Jesse even came with us to Ikea to help us design the kitchen!). They were very careful to contain any mess created by the reno. If there were any unexpected work to be done (the possibility of which Jesse warned us about), Jesse would explain the reasons for the extra work and provide us with the available options. The finished product was amazing, and it was done in a timely manner and on budget. We’re so happy with our open-concept kitchen. We would definitely use Clean Cut again and we definitely recommend them (in fact, we already have)

    Kitchen renovation and decking

    Jesse is a stand up guy. I dont need to say anymore but I will say he delivered on time on budget and also put his heart and soul into what he does. He completed my work with a high class. I couldn't be more happier. His crew are dedicated and Jesse puts in hard hours to make it happen. He works hard at what he does and made me and my wife really happy to find a contractor that is honest and reliable and does himself proud. Thanks Jesse. Ronan.

    Commercial renovation

    Jesse is one of the most professional hard working builders in this city. He is honest, reliable and kind. His workmanship is excellent, he has many trade skills and he always leaves a job site very clean. I refer him to all my real estate clients because I know he does an amazing job and everyone is always very happy with him. I would give clean cut renovations a 5 star any day and Jesse will continue to have our business.

    Home Renovation
