Windows replacement entire house
I recently had the pleasure of working with Amica Windows & Doors for a complete window replacement in my home, and I am beyond satisfied with the outcome. From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Their team was knowledgeable, attentive, and committed to making sure every aspect of the project met our needs. The initial consultation was thorough and informative; they patiently explained various options, materials, and energy-efficient solutions available. Michael worked with us to find the right design that not only complemented our homes aesthetic but also fit within our budget. The installation process was smooth and efficient, and the crew displayed professionalism, respect for our home, and an impressive attention to detail. They arrived on time each day, kept the worksite clean, and completed the project right on schedule. Overall, I highly recommend Amica Windows & Doors Inc to anyone in need of window replacements. Their exceptional service, high-quality products, and genuine customer care make them a standout choice. I am delighted with the results and confident that our new windows will serve us well for years to come. Thank you for an outstanding experience!

new storm door
The new storm door looks good and works well. The Amica representative was always available to answer questions. When a couple of adjustments were needed he arranged everything quickly. We are very pleased with the service and the product and would use this company again.

Amica's Reputation is well deserved
Michael and his team exceeded my expectations in every way. The pricing was competitive, the product was top quality and the installation was fast, efficient and professional. I think most window manufacturers offer the same level of quality, the value of a window contractor is the consultation, design, fit and of course installation. Michael has the "eye", he helped us see a vision of how the new windows and doors would fit and why it needed to be done in a certain way. It came together exactly as he envisioned and explained. In the end, I just trusted Michael and he didn't disappoint us. Alex and his team of installers were exceptional, highly competent and professional. They way they organize, execute and clean up was a sight to behold. I was pleased to see that there were still contractors that cared about the quality of their work. I would love to work with both Michael and Alex on other projects in the future and would whole heartedly recommend them in a heart beat. Thanks guys, you made my wife happy, and that's all that really matters right? :)

4 windows
Great service from Michael and, after four seasons, can say great windows so far (1 half casement, 1 full casement, 1 half awning and 1 fixed). Michael was very patient in addressing all our questions and concerns before we committed to buy from him. On the ground-level fixed basement window, they had to replace the wood framing, which was rotting and allowing water through to the interior. After the installers (always the weakest link in any window job) did a sloppy caulking job on one window, I told Michael and someone came out right away and did a much cleaner and better seal. After a winter, spring and well into summer, the windows are working well!

Doors and Windows Replaced
Michael and his team are just Great. I saw them in action working on numerous houses on a street nearby, so I asked for their contact info. I interviewed 7 Reputable companies before deciding on Amica. Michael gave me the best walkthrough, best advice on types of doors and windows, coatings, hardware, framing, installation process, etc. My front and back door Close now! The Windows are definitely more soundproof than Ever and going from 3 panes of glass down to 2 makes the View so much more beautiful, not looking at all that white vinyl. There was no hard sell, no gimics or flash sale kind of stuff, just great advice and direction. Very Happy!

Full Window and Door Replacement
We highly recommend the team at Amica. Not only are we super happy with the quality of our new windows and door but the service from Michael, Hilda and Alex was top-notch! After considering multiple quotes for the replacement of 15 windows and 1 door, we selected Amica primarily due to Michael's professionalism, extensive product knowledge, prompt responsiveness, and meticulous attention to detail. He also provided invaluable assistance with our applications for the Canada Greener Homes rebate and loan programs. Hilda, in the office, was an absolute pleasure to work with, always accommodating, gracious, and helpful. Alex and the installation team were a joy to work with. They were very courteous and made sure all our requirements were met. Any adjustments or touch-ups needed were promptly taken care of. We wouldn't hesitate to use Amica again. Thanks Guys!
