Windows and Doors Installation
After getting several quotes to replace 10 windows and 2 doors, we hired Amica mainly because of Michaels professionalism, responsiveness and attention to detail. He respectfully offered creative solutions that we had not considered that ended up being far superior from what we had in mind originally. He also was very flexible and accommodating with streamlining our applications with the Canada Greener Homes rebate and loan programs. We are happy with the quality of the windows and doors and the installation team was a pleasure to work with. They were very flexible, professional and ensured our needs were met. There were a few adjustments and touch-ups needed and they addressed them in a timely manner. We would gladly use Amica again.

New Windows and Doors
My house was in desperate need of new windows and Amica was one of the companies who replied to my inquiry. Michael came by to look at our windows, explain the process and discuss all of our different options. Michael was really personable, took his time to explain everything and provide all the options. He wasn't pushy and really sold the company for us. Given his interaction with us we decided to go with Amica. He was always available for questions via text or phone call. The install was pretty hectic given the amount of windows and doors we had to do but the team did a good job. There were a few minor issues but Michael made sure to address each and every one of them. There were a few things I would have liked to know before the install but I provided the feedback and I am sure it will be noted for future clients. The windows are great and the triple pane are performing well. We will have to see how it goes over the winter next year as we are at the end now but I imagine it will be great. At least I will have peace of mind about the lifetime warranty.

Go with Amica Windows and Doors! Very Happy!
I've been looking to get my front door, sliding door, and 7 of my windows in the house replaced. I gathered about 7 quotes before deciding to give Michael and his team at Amica Windows and Doors my business and I am so glad I did! Michael was very thorough in his explanations in what would be changed and how it would look and was always available for me to be in contact with him regarding matters with windows, doors and the rebate program as well. Michael knew exactly what needed to be done considering the age of my home that other businesses did not pick up on and build into their quotes. His price was not the cheapest amongst all my quotes nor the most expensive but considering that he knew that I had an order double brick home just be looking at the brick work, his quote built in costs that would have come up with other companies once they started the job. His installation team was always on time, very professional and polite, and left the job site very clean. They even finished the job through the beginning of a snow storm! We're loving the doors and windows that were installed, noticed a huge difference in comfort and draft being reduced in the house and almost every person who came over complimented how much the windows and doors we got improved the overall comfort and look of the home. Very glad we went with Amica! Highly recommended!

Windows
We hired Amica Windows and Doors to replace all of the windows in our home. Michael was extremely knowledgeable, patient and took the time to explain all of our options and provide multiple pricing options. He brought samples and photos which really helped make the selection process go smoothly. Hilda in the office was great to work with. She was always prompt in responding to us and scheduling our installation and helped us prepare for it. The installers were amazing, they arrived on time, were very careful ensuring our floors were protected, they did a great job with the installation and even cleaned up after the project, including wiping down the windows and glass. Were extremely happy we hired Amica and would most certainly recommend them to our family, friends and anyone looking for a professional company who really cares about their clients. Thank you again everyone at Amica Windows and Doors.

Window Replacement - Excellent Work
Michael was great to work with and very responsive. He walked us through a custom high performance window and ensured we received the required information to be eligible for a government incentive. Dennis and his crew were also very neat and professional installers, which made a big difference!

Windows and Doors
We loved the work done by Amica windows and doors. We had a full 3 story house completed with new windows, and 2 new doors installed. Michael and his team were all great to work with through the entire process from quote to installation. Michael was clear from the beginning about our timelines and kept things on schedule, Hilda gave us very clear instructions for installation, and the installation team led by Alex was very respectful of our home and worked quickly to complete all of the work required (and there was a LOT of work!). We are very happy with the results and would recommend them to anyone looking to replace their windows and doors. Thanks Michael and Team!
