    New entry door installed

    I arranged to purchase and have a new entryway door installed with Michael, he was extremely professional and knowledgeable of all his products and gave us some very important advice and information in order for us to make the proper decision. When the install crew came they were very polite, courteous and willing to answer any questions that I had on my mind, they also did an amazing job installing the door and cleaning up after the job was completed..I would highly recommend using Amica Windows & Doors. I am going to purchase and have them install new patio doors next.

    Window Replacement

    We needed to replace three north-facing windows due to age and condensation. We had Amica replace an exterior door a few years back and were very pleased with the process and product. We didn't hesitate to contact them again. The ordering procedure was prompt and easy. The installation was very smooth, clean and courteous. From beginning to end, the Amica team was responsive and helpful. We very happy and would use Amica again if and when the need arises.

    New windows

    We had to replace our windows as we were having a lot of condensation which resulted in a lot of mold. We chose Amica Windows and Doors and we're so happy that we did, the windows look fantastic! The triple glazed windows are much thicker than our last ones, it gives a more tinted look which is nice for extra privacy and is more sound proof than our old ones. Michael was really great to work with, he always answered all our questions and kept us updated on the whole install process. We had the install done in February, we were initially concerned about getting the windows replaced in the winter. But the installers did a great job, working on 1 or 2 windows at a time to make sure we weren't losing too much heat. They worked really hard and were impressed they got everything done in a day and a half. I would definitely be recommending Amica to all my neighbors.

    Window replacement

    Mike and his team were fantastic to work with. They excelled at communication and customer service. Both Mike and his team were readily available to discuss any questions I had. I was very happy that I went with Amica to replaced my old windows. So much so that I have already recommended them to some friends and neighbours. Thank you Mike and the team at Amica for making this project a success and as carefree as possible.

    Windows and Doors

    We selected 3 vendors to provide an estimate. Michael was the best of the 3, not just in pricing but presentation. He was knowledgeable, confident and did not pressure us to make a decision. We did sign a contract to replace windows, backdoor and front door. Michael's team came in to measure and then later complete installation. They were very good, cleaned up and were quick. It's been approx 5 mos and so far it's all good, no issues. Would recommend him to others needing to replace

    Windows replacement

    From start to finish, Michael and the team at Amica were professional and helpful, and we're very happy with the windows and installation. Michael kept us informed about when the windows would be ready, and ensured we could get them installed on a specific date. Installation went smoothlythe crew was efficient, left everything cleaner than they found it, and were super friendly. We'll definitely go with Amica again next time.

    Windows and patio door replacement

    What I like best about this company is how Michael responded to my questions, clarifications or requests I made on their quote and invoicing. The installers were on schedule on the day of inspection and installation. They did a great job during the installation that they were able to finished as indicated 2 days for all windows plus the patio door during winter time.

    Windows Upgrade

    Michael was very knowledgeable and professional. He measured the windows and explained the options available to us. George installed our windows and he was amazing! Very detailed and did the upgrade as though it was his own place! Very happy we went with Amica Windows!

    Replaced 11 Windows and 1 External Door

    I have only positive things to say about Amica Windows & Doors, Inc. After I initiated contact through HomeStars, I received a prompt call back from Joe who arranged an appointment to come to my home to take a look at what was needed and also to take some preliminary measurements for the estimate. On the day of the appointment for the estimate he arrived on time, and subsequently provided me the quote in a timely manner. Michael, the owner, kept me apprised re: the installation dates and followed up on any questions that I had. The installers, Dennis and his crew, were respectful and professional, and they did an amazing job! I am very pleased and would recommend them without reservation.
