I had some problems with my AC unit. It was not working well. I called Raya Heating and Cooling and Rakesh the owner of the company showed up. He came on time and checked out the cooling unit to find out the problem. He did his job in a professional way and did not try in any way to exploit me. He was very cordial and organized. I am happy to recommend his services to anyone who might need it.

A pleasant experience right from the start. The job was completed cleanly and to a high level of workmanship. The team arrived when they said they would and they completed the job in the time estimated. I will definitely be recommending them for future jobs.

Our air conditioner was leaking because the pump motor broke. Rakesh was very helpful, he rerouted the hose to the drain so we were able to avoid a costly replacement of the pump motor. He was friendly, personable, and came the very next morning after we put in the request. Helpful advice for future concerns and fair prices.

Our A/c suddenly stopped working in the middle of a hot summer day weekend. It was not cooling the house. The temperature inside the house reached 28 Degrees C even though the A/c was on On Sun Morning we called Rakesh - he said he would come in a couple of hours and take a look. A part had broken and Rakesh promptly replaced it and the A/c started working again Thanks Rakesh for responding and fixing the a/c even though it was a weekend

Was prompt came the same day. Polite and excellent communications happy to have me watch him. Cleaned 10 year old Central AC fully and reviewed operation . Reasonably priced for the work done. Seemed to know what the problems were in home air circulation and gave some helpful tips. A/C working better now. Very satisfied and would recommend this company.

- Honest and sincere - Thorough expert - super professional I have a protection plan with Reliance. The AC broke down and they told me the condenser is leaking and is not covered and I have to purchase a new AC. I posted on Homestars for quotes for a new AC. Rakesh from Raya reached out to me and gave me a few quotes. He also inquired why I was replacing the AC. When i explained the situation, he asked a few questions and said it didn't look like that the condenser is the problem. He offered to come and take a look for a small diagnostic fee. He came over thoroughly checked the system and told me that the condenser and compressor are fine and I should go back to Reliance and ask them to repair the system. He missed a sure-shot sale for being honest and no material financial gain. This level of professionalism and honesty is so so rear these days. I am sold! He will be my first call for all my heating and cooling needs going forward.

I thought I needed a new furnace because mine is 12 years old and every other service guy said so. Rakesh pointed out that I had a very good furnace and I really only needed to replace the motor that was making the noise. He also maintained it while he was here. I do this every year but Rakesh cleaned it like never before. He is resonable and honest.

Rakesh is very nice, punctual and knowledgeable. He was able to find the component to fix our furnace late on a Friday and came to install it on the Saturday. He also provided useful tips while working on the furnace and humidifier. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Thought I needed a new humidifier. He was able to trouble shoot, fix a leaking line and we were able to get the existing humidifier working. Saved us hundreds of dollars.

Absolutely fantastic company! Rakesh is highly professional and helpful provider. He installed a Humidifier in our home that worked right away and has cleaned the air so much so that we immediately experienced having clean and fresh air throughout our home. We are no longer complaining about the heating system, the allergies it caused and the dryness in the air. Thank you so much, Rakesh!
