    Drilled fence post holes, poured concrete and set fence posts

    Excellent work at a fair price. Showed up when he said he would and always friendly and professional to deal with. I would highly recommend!

    Cleaning and grading

    Cleaning, removal of debris around exterior of industrial building. Building was abandoned and required a lot of cleaning. Grading of surrounding property done. Crew was professional and organized. Work was done timely.

    Waterproofing & Grading

    We had extensive work completed on our century home. Issa and his crew were amazing! I would recommend them to anyone.

    Repair foundation cracks - [Basement leaking]

    Issa very nice,polite and very professional .He showed up the day that he said he would be there .Took pictures of every crack in the foundation that he seen ,and pictures step by step worked performed and emailed them to me. I thought that was great for future reference .From what i seen Issa and his partner did an awesome .Cleaned up after the job as best as they could do - I would get them back for other jobs . Thanks Issa for a well job Done - Steve

    Insulation of an outside wall

    Water proofing & Fencing

    Premium Construction replaced our fencing and waterproofing on the house. They were on time and on budget with the estimates. Premium provided top quality work at reasonable price. The crew worked well and were clean. They even Finished the job on time! That is why I gave them a 10 out of 10. Great work. Thank you Premium Construction.

    Fencing

    Incredible job!!!! Took a total of 3-4 days and all the guys were professional, courteous and quick. Issa the owner is amazing. Accommodating, honest and very easy going. A true professional!!!! I would recommend to anyone!!!

    Fence

    Was very satisfied with the work Issa did. Prompt service and honest from the get-go. The work speaks for itself, as neighbour's wanted to get their fences done after as well after completion of the work (new area).

    New Fence

    Issa was so professional, his staff were some of the most hard working, respectful, and tidy workers i have ever seen. The fence is GORGEOUS too. Would use them again and highly recommend them to others. Top notch!
