    Main drain

    I highly recommend Vasyl and his team. Had a problem with roots on my main drain and called Drymax, Vasyl came and assess the problem end up replacing the whole drain up to the street. Show up every day on time, covered everything with plastic, did all the repairs and cemented everything back. When the job was finish everything was left clean an in place like nothing had happened. Professionalism at its best, thank you Vasyl looking forward to do more business with you.

    Sump pump repair

    Was looking for someone to come service my pump - it has an alarm that sets off for various reasons. Called DryMax and they showed up early the next morning. Vasyl came by, checked my pumps, replaced a valve, cleaned up the area, explained everything to me clearly and charged a very reasonable amount. All in, very pleased with the results!

    Water Problem in Basement

    We agree whole heartedly with the reviews from other customers of DryMax Waterproofing. We had a water problem in our basement that required two projects to fix but we were very impressed with the quality of the materials and workmanship with DryMax. Their process is very detailed and complete so you are getting the best value for your money spent. They were hardworking, on time, respectful of our property and completed both jobs on time and on budget. This was especially appreciated on the second job because they found a problem with a leaking pipe in our garage that was ultimately the main source of our water problem. Vasyl was able to source the extra materials needed the same day and completed the job the next day. He also kindly gave us a very good price on the extra work because his crew was already at our home instead of using that to his advantage. It is so nice to find a company that actually lives up to its reputation and takes pride in the work that they do. We would definitely recommend DryMax to anyone needing help to resolve a water problem or foundation repairs. Thank you Vasyl and team!

    Amazing work on complete basement walls and sewage system

    This is the company you want!! Quick and thorough. Went above and beyond expectations. Completed on time for an emergency and replaced whole sewage line we didnt realize was over 100 years old and caving in, preventing a nightmare. Check out the photos of the same area through its progression.

    waterproofing both my properties 5 years ago and yesterday

    okay so My first property had a basement leak and after so much year my basement is dry. now, my primary residence, had a leaky basement as well! but they came right away and waterproof may exterior wall foundation! highly recommend for all waterproofing needs! owner nice and goes the extra mile to make sure customers are happy!

    Water leaking basement

    After having water leak problem in my basement for almost over a year, I decided to called these gentlemen from DryMax when I saw them doing My neighbors basement to fix it. Actually, I did not know this company before and hadnt read any review before I met Vasyl, the boss of the team. But surprisingly, just in one day on September 1st, 2022, everything was amazingly done. The result is outstandingly perfect with a price that cannot be beat. I honestly cant be happier with one of my best decisions ever of having the guys from DryMax to solve my annoying problem. I wish that I could thank them enough!     vasyl the top Ukrainian waterproofer

    I had damp spots in my basement wall which was not covered by builder .it was hidden beneath the insulation and was I discovered it , it was too late .Builder did not cover and so I read reviews and called Vasyl for an estimate . He was knowledgeable, courteous and albeit honest and very professional . He gave me a reasonable quote and the next day he turned up right on time .He really delivered on his promises.I have to say there few reliable and honest guys in the market of his caliber. I later called him for some concrete works and again he delivered on his workmanship . This is a honest hardworking skilled tradesman who will go very far in his business. Personally it will hire his services next time I need or refer to my friends.

    Beautiful front of house reno!

    Vasyl with Drymax was great from the start! He was an honest and reasonable person when he quoted the work we asked him to look into. He was very professional and courteous and kept us informed step by step. It's a project that we wanted done for several years and unable to find someone professional to accomplish it until Drymax. Thank you Drymax!!!
