    Re-Install Dishwasher

    We purchased a dishwasher about eighteen months ago. We have had problems with both the original installation and a reinstall when we changed the kitchen counter. We then contacted Ofer who had previously repaired a refrigerator and washing machine for us, both well and quickly. He pulled out the dishwasher, figured out a problem with the rear foot, fixed the front upper brackets and leveled the machine. The machine is now working well. In a field that seems to be crowded with incompetents, Ofer is highly knowledgeable about appliances, explains clearly what he is doing and works quickly and efficiently. He couldnt be better at his job and will be our first-call for future appliance problems.

    Washing machine repair, broke fridge

    Bilal did respond first to my service call for washing machine repair (drain pump issue). I was not informed that there was a charge for his estimate before he came. He made the comment 'you expected me to come for free?'. Rude, especially that I gave up a lot of time for his 4 visits. He quoted higher than other companies as he said he would need 2 technicians to remove the stacked dryer on top. He came alone and took an easier option to move my fridge to access the washing machine. Definitively broke my fridge as it stopped working 2 days later. Not a coincidence as its only 7 years old. Ruined my tenants food completely. He reluctantly came back. told me the first time that it was not his fault and fridge settings were wrong. Still broken and recalled him-told me that the coils were freezing and thawing and would not fix it as it is cheaper to buy new fridge. Not the answer I wanted as it was obvious it was his fault. I am not convinced this company is professional. They wanted to charge me for the subsequent visits! Stay away from this company.

    thank you for taking the time to write a review. as you described we come to fix your washing machine and have nothing to do with your fridge. after you complained about your fridge is broken we send the technician 3 more times to check up your fridge and in all this time the fridge was perfectly working. we charge service call for the first visit, and we explained to you that there is a service call when you first call us for service. we didn't charge for the 3 extra visits to check your fridge. wishing you all the best and I'm sorry that you are not happy with our service.

    Dishwasher issue

    Had an issue with our dishwasher not cleaning properly. Soap pod was not opening completely. I used the Jiffy App for the first time. Oliver from Octopus Royal called me. He sent a technician out the following morning, Igor. He was polite, asked me questions regarding the dishwasher and proceeded to look at it. After running the dishwasher for a few minutes the problem was discovered. He quoted me a price for labour & parts. I made the decision to purchase a new dishwasher and will have Igor come back to install when it arrives. Service call was 96.00 , well worth it especially for next day appt. I would highly recommend this company.

    Dishwasher Repair

    Very happy we went with Octopus Royal for our dishwasher repair. Ofer responded very quickly to our late evening query and based on my description and photo was able to determine we needed to replace our inlet valve. Ofer came the very next day and was done the job under an hour. Great service! I would hire Octopus Royal again and would certainly not hesitate recommending their services to someone else. Thank you!

    Ofer comes to the rescue

    Once again Ofer has saved the day. Two years ago he repaired my then 36 year old stove. Recently, when the second oven element finally gave up the ghost in spectacular fashion, he was able to find a replacement part. I was extremely pleased. He has now helped me twice and I will look to him for future appliance repair needs.

    Appliance repair

    This was my first time using Octopus Royal. My refrigerator was leaking and I asked home stars for assistance. Ofer promptly answered my call and I’m so glad he did. Ofer was polite, knowledgeable and eager to assist. He diagnosed the problem immediately and fix my refrigerator in less than an hour. He was also kind enough to pick up a broken accessory part and install it. This is why I highly recommend him. Thank you Ofer for everything.

    Prompt repair of our Dryer!

    Knew the issue with our dryer immediately, and was available for a speedy repair. Also gave recommendations for duct cleaning to ensure future success of our dryer. Would highly recommend!

    Range Hood Installatio

    Requested to install ZLine Range Hood. Didn't have any knowledge on installation and trusted the technician & the company. But was disappointment when the work was done (not done according to me). The range was installed only 25 inches above the electric range while ZLine recommends minimum of 30 inches (which I learned after I ended up calling ZLine to ask for a solution). Due to this, there is a portion of duct that's exposed without the duct cover. The technician refused to install the top mounting bracket that comes with the range hood. I lost the trust and didn't want to argue with the technician. But writing this review to let Customers be cautious. I'm not worried about $180 that I paid but it really hurts that the job in our newly constructed house is not up to satisfaction.

    befor I installed the range hood I drew a template on a cardboard and I pointed you to the fact that the ventilation hole in the wall is too low and that the power cable is out from the frame. I explained to you that the rang hood will be lower then the manufacturer recommendation but still in the requirements for electric oven clearance. I explained to you that ther is no way to go higher with the range hood as it will block the hole in the wall. after I showed you the hight that the range hood will be placed you was happy and gave me the ok to go ahead and installed it.. and that what I did. I showed you that you can buy extended cuvet for the duct from home depot and from other places and you was very happy about it.. the braket you are talking about that I refuse to put is a decoration that is not part of the range hood and dosnt come in the range hood box and I have no idea how to install it.. I gave you a number for a Handyman who can do it for you and again you was very happy about it. you forgot to mention that the ventilation hose you got was not fit to the hole in your wall and I hade to come back second time to bring a hose that will fit. the hose cost me 75$ that I had to shorted it. you forgot to mention that I didn't charge you for the second visit and for the hose. you also forgot to mention that I installed your dishwasher and had to do modification to the counter top because your contractor make it lower and your dishwasher didn't fit.. you forgot to mention that I didn't charge you extra for it and I didn't charge you extra for the water line that I supplied for you.. you also forgot to mention that I didn't charge you for the fridge installation and did it for free for you couse you was winning for all the extra work I had to do.. I gave you the best solution to your shiti situation. you can keep this 2 star review for your self because it sims you need it more then I. I'm not a doctor and I don't know how to cure amnesia and hypocrisy . good luck
