    Storm Damaged Tree Removal

    The snow storm we experienced on March 4, 2023 left our two pines looking like stalks of corn (see photo). Time did not improve the situation and so we called Mike of Forestwood who had removed four pines for us the previous year. He came, assessed the situation and gave us alternate possible remedies. In his expert opinion, the best course of action was the removal of both trees and we agreed. His crew came at a in late April and removed the trees. The work area was very clean and work was professionally done. The stump grinder was not working and so the crew had to return on a future day which they did and completed the job - neatly (see photo). Very pleased with their work and work ethic.

    Cedar removal

    They were honest, professional and did a great job! The team was able to accommodate to meet my expectation to get the job done asap and cleaned all their mess when they left, as promised. Highly recommended.

    Tree removal and Pruning

    We had a large tree that had a large crack, in addition to other trees that need pruning. Mike and his team were punctual in0 arrival and did the job quickly, cleaned up the site, were careful not to damage the small shrubs and plants and gave their professional advice on how to take care of the different species we have.

    Backyard tree elevate - restored my deck and yard!

    Service was fantastic from the moment I contacted Forestview. I received prompt response and scheduling of the initial visit/consult, and they found a way to fit my (relatively small) project into their very busy schedule early. On job day, Mike and a well-organized team showed up exactly on time, and the job was done in no time. Mike is very well versed on suburban trees, their health and growth patterns, and offered lots of advice and insight to help me make sure I'm getting the best from my trees and my garden overall. Thanks very much to the Forestview team for a fantastic job!

    Pruning and fertilizing a large blue spruce

    I have a large blue spruce in the backyard and many weeds have established themselves under the tree because I couldn't get underneath the tree to get rid of them. On a whim I looked up Tree services on google and found Forestwood Tree Service that had great reviews. I was amazed with being promptly contacted by Michelle to set up a time for Mike to come for an estimate. The work was done by a friendly and efficient Mike and his team shortly after. They raised the canopy of the tree and checked in a few times to see if I was happy with it before they cleaned up everything. Many thanks to a great team and to Michelle who was great trying to find a good time to get the work done. Now...to get rid of those weeds :)

    tree & bush trimming

    The staff was friendly and respectful . I am very pleased with the work done and it was completed in a timely manner. Forestwood Tree Service was recommended to me and I will recommend it to others. Thanks Forestwood !

    Cedar Hedges cut and trimmed

    Mike and his team showed up on time. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They cut the tops and trimmed my cedar hedges and removed all debris. The work was done quickly and efficiently. I have already recommended them to our friends. Great job Mike and team.

    Pruning of two large trees

    The crew were professional, friendly, and very efficient. They got the work done quickly and did a good job of cleaning up our yard after they were finished. Mike has a great sense of humour and he made sure that we were happy with their work. They answered any questions we had before and during the procedure. We would definitely use their services again and would highly recommend them.

    Pruning and trimming Cherry Tree

    Mike and team were on time and very professional. They were passionate of their work and took the time and care to ensure the well being of the tree. Once the work was completed the clean up was meticulously done. Will recommend this team to anyone.
