Our Fridge was too warm and we worried wed lose all our food. We were lucky to find him. He analysed the problem right away. Vlad does very good work. His prices are fair. Hes honest and on-time. It was a pleasure working with Vlad. And well certainly use him again. He fixed our fridge and our clothes dryer. Now hes working on our oven. He gets my highest recommendation.

Vlad responded quickly, diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us options. He removed the ice that was affecting air circulation and cooling and we paused to see if that would solve the problem adequately. After a couple of days the unit was still making noise indicating control panel failure, and unit started to warm. Vlad quickly acquired and installed the control panel and the fridge has been working well. He went over and above when the initial control panel replacement was faulty and drove back to the manufacturer on Friday afternoon in rush hour, got the replacement and installed it. Highly recommend Vlad!

Would not recommend this guy. He was called regarding water not draining from the dishwasher. He came in initially, very professional and seemed efficient and thought he repaired the problem but then we found large amounts of water sitting inside the bottom of the dishwasher in the morning. Called him for the second time and he accommodated us quickly by replacing a faulty a valve which probably should have been picked up during the first visit . We then had to call him for a third time the next day as our dishwasher would no longer close, was unbalanced and was no longer secured . He said he would come look at it in a few days but never called until 5 days later . Waste on money and my time

All prices were comparable, so I decided to go with Vlad who was the first to respond. He was available the same day I called back. I would recommend and use again! (Also explained he recently decided to put this company up on HomeStars after working with many companies that also list on HomeStars - reason for not many reviews yet!)

Clad did a great job installing our new dishwasher. The challenge with dishwashers are you need to work with existing plumbing and electrical fittings that are difficult to reach under cabinets etc. professionals like Vlad with Concord Appliances makes this an easy process. I recommend them.
