Very poor quality cabinet paint and resiliency. Cabinets were installed. It became apparent after a few years that the colour in some of the cabinets were changing and it was confirmed not uv/sun. Cabinet doors directly beside one another would change to a different colour. Some trim pieces changed but not others. Company confirmed it was a paint batch problem and replaced the doors. Trim pieces are still discoloured as well as kick plates. New doors replaced have also started to chip with in year but the original set had not chipped after a few years of wear. Overall poor quality. Your kitchen may initially look nice but paint and colour wont hold up.

I had my countertop installed by Cowry but so many problems popped up! The workers arrived 1.5 hour late, then without letting me check with them together, they left with a mess behind and a leaking pipe. I called immediately but they never came back and I had to find someone to fix it. The whole thing took me 8 hours! Also I am not satisfied with the sink because it is way too deep and my whole pipe system must be replaced now which I have to pay another $450. The designer came to my house and he said I would get a sink similar to the old one and didnt give me any details or heads up about this. PS, you must be a handy person or hire someone to uninstall your old countertop. Be careful with the contract and the deposit.

Looked at cabinets in Richmond BC. Saw the product and liked the self closing doors....the fact they were not using particle board was also a plus. My contractor in Edmonton did the measurenents and installation and price also included granite countertop. Although a little querky they were responsive to my contractor. Waited a long time for two cupboards which were apparenty manufactured in China. Not yet seen those so hope they match. And hope they aclimatize well. Overall superior value from the Edmonton location if you can self install. No comment on sister company in Richmond (not sure it is affiliated). Will update if any warranty issues but right now I am very happy.

We remodeled our kitchen a month ago. Installed new cabinets and quartz countertops through this amazing company . We love ❤️ our kitchen. The service was great , thank you.

Having completed a large amount of research on Kitchen replacement in Calgary I was resound to the fact that a 40k custom or particle board and plastic Ikea system were my options, I had no intention to spend 40k, luckily I stumbled across Cowry on kijiji of all places, I noticed that they we just down the road from my work so i fired off an e mail of my plan and Sammi replied very quickly with an estimate, I though I may as well go and take a look, So No particle board and solid maple frames and doors, just what I wanted, we made a few changes and picked the cabinet style everything was shaping up great, also very competitive installation price. Kitchen and bar ordered, installed 3 weeks later, in fact the quality of the actual cabinets surpasses what I saw in the showroom, quality of workmanship great too, I also got my counter tops through Sammi and again great price and service, don't do 100% custom, my kitchen was customised where needed it looks custom and was a 3rd of the costs that I had been quoted, All in all Great People, very attentive service, quality at an affordable price I would recommend to anyone Thanks Sammi and Cowry

Purchased the cabinets from the Calgary location. Poor customer service, ordered the wrong vanity and wanted to charge me a 25% restocking charge for their mistake. Many manufacture defects, missing parts with no offer to compensate me for making repairs to the cabinets. I would never purchase these cabinets again nor would I recommend them.

We ordered cabinets and countertops for kitchen and two bathrooms, including installation. Not only does it still look great after our first year, we are totally happy with the customer service. The installers did have to come back a few times to make adjustments based on our requests; a couple of things not done to our standard, and one being we discovered we needed more cut outs for electrical. Both showroom and installation staff were more than accommodating and helpful. We were looking for a budget renovation and we were pleased to get the value and much higher quality than we expected for the money. I've recommended Cowry to our friends many times, and plan to use again in our next renovation our family is planning. I agree that many of the workers' English is not 100%, but that is expected in the Lower Mainland. I dealt with Pat, Kitchen Designer in the Richmond office, and she was great to work and made sure our needs were met. They delivered 2 weeks after our order, and installed exactly when they promised. This was way better than the big box stores could offer.

Worst company to work with. I have ordered the few kitchen from this company. Everytime, there are mistakes---send me the wrong orders, missing item. Last order when they gave my driver the wrong order, they said the reason they gave us the wrong order is because our driver--my own driver---told them a different company name. Why would on earth, my driver would tell them a different company name. Then they promise me they will delivery my order to me the next day.It took them 4 days to delivery to me from Richmond to us..and we are like 1 hours drive away from them. Will never buying anything from this company any more. Lesson learned.

Cowry Cabinets was very friendly and were able to supply and install our new cabinets and counters almost two weeks ahead of schedule. they made sure the job was done right.

Poor quality sink. Faulty parts and the worst costumer service. The staff could not understand basic English when explaining the problem. I highly recommend not purchasing any products from Cowry Cabinets.
