I was impressed by the promptness of the first service call (same day) and the followup (next day). The first diagnostic call seems a bit expensive but the followup was very thorough. Won did a great job on replacing the fan as it took him much longer than originally estimated. Although not clear from the start (as there was no written quote provided) I was pleased it was a firm price quote for the replacement so I didnt have to pay extra for the extra time. I was concerned that the original fan couldnt be tested as it seemed to work well (when the ice buildup was removed) but once everything was apart we felt it was prudent to put the new fan in despite the cost. Overall the repair took longer than expected and was expensive but the workmanship was good so hopefully it lasts.

Called and booked the service within 24 hrs. Quickly fixed the issue and repaired the dishwasher.

Alan the Journeyman was very efficient and technically skilled. Great job done. Highly recommended to anyone who might need their services.

My fridge stopped working. TechVill Appliance repair came up the same day I called and got my fridge worked again. It was a huge relief because I had a lot of food in my fridge.I found some advantages of working with TechVill Appliance: * Reasonable prices * Speed. A technician was working pretty fast to save my money * Professionalism. A technician was honest and explained which parts should be replaced and which should NOT be to save money * Accuracy. A technician was so accurate and there was no damage on the floor after his fridge repair. If I have another appliance problem, I will call the guys again.

Technician (Won) came out to fix my Viking range (oven wouldn't light). There was some confusion over what parts needed to be replaced, but after a week or so the owner (Gary?) called me and told me my unit was subject to a recall and that maybe the recall would include one of those parts. I called the recall line and Viking sent me parts (only those required to do the recall repair, which makes sense), and told me an authorized service centre could bill Viking for the labour. Won came back, and told me the recall kit was incompatible (did not interface with the control board). I called Viking and they told me Won's explanation makes no sense - the part is a thermostat. I then called Gary, and he was confused that Viking would only send me parts and not provide the labour cost. This is where I found out the hard way that Techvill is NOT an authorized Viking repair centre. I had an actual authorized Viking technician come out, and he told me the recall part was broken, most likely by Won, who seemingly did not know what he was doing with this kind of range, and that Gary's understanding of the Viking recall was nonsense.

Techvill responded quickly to my call and their technician, John, identified the cause of the problem right away. He returned the next day with the new part and had it installed and tested quickly; nice to have the oven working again! Their service was professional and friendly - I would certainly use them again.

I made two appointments to uninstall my old dishwasher and install the new one. Vida made scheduling easy, and the technician, John, was professional, efficient and friendly. The prices were reasonable too. I would definitely use Techvill again!

We enjoyed working with Evan at Techvill Appliance Repair. He did an excellent job at a reasonable cost to remove our old and install our new over the range microwave. Even also recycled our old microwave. We would not hesitate to use Techvill again.

Dustin was very knowledgeable and professional. Replacement part needed no longer available, older unit. He made some modifications so the unit is still operable. Very pleased with service, would recommend.

Gave me a fairly small range for a quote on a washer repair. They got me an appointment the next day and were well within the budget. Super great!! I'd definitely choose them again.
