Boris was quick to diagnose the problem and very fast and professional in completing our repair when the parts were available.

Service technician came charged me $135 To give me part numbers and tell me where in the city to go get a part for my fridge and a part for my dryer I called him because my washer keeps leaking when I do a load. He told me to go by hoses. Not at all a happy customer. I asked for your technician to come and fix my washer as it leaks when doing a load, I could see dripping under the unit. As a person with limited mobility, I asked for the washervto be looked at and fixed, your technician told he it would be to expensive for him to fix the machine as its only hoses I needed and I could get them anywhere and fo it myself. I only asked if he could order me a new handle for the dryer as it was broken he then told me to go to reliable parts and didn't most of his time here looking up part numbers. I would have felt less ripped off if he would have replaced the hoses, instead you'd me I could do it myself. I feel absolutely ripped off by paying $135 dollars yo be told to go puck up parts and fo it myself. Not only andbi dealing with health restrictions I am also grieving the loss of my mom, my step dad and my aunt all in 7 months. I just wanted to do laundry and not have bit leak all over my floor. I ended up having hoses picked up and a neighbour installed them for me, parts were $24 dollars. Would have been nice if your technician would have done that instead of telling me how expensive it would be for him to do it. Wow...... can't help but feel ripped off.

We had a misbehaving oven. Got an appointment setup for the same day. The tech (Garrik) came in, diagnosed it quickly and got a quote for the broken piece and the repair on the spot. The piece was in stock and priced about the same as on Amazon. The repair was quick, well done and clean. The price for the service seemed fair. I really appreciated the quick and transparent service and the entire communication.

Gas oven fan malfunction. Won worked overtime to correct the problem with no complaint. Courteous, knowledgeable, he persevered until the problem was resolved to my satisfaction.
