We hired Uniq Inc. to renovate our bathroom and upper floor, and at first, we were extremely happy. Dino and his team were responsive, open to ideas, and delivered beautiful results. We felt comfortable throughout the process, and the space looked amazing when complete. However, shortly after, issues began to pop up — namely, the kitchen floor started lifting, and some light switches wouldn’t turn the lights on. The team came back a few times to fix the floor, but the problem kept returning. The electrical issue was never resolved, and despite being told multiple times someone would come, no one ever did. Eventually, the warranty expired, and we were still left with the same problems. We had considered using Uniq for our basement but decided not to due to the lack of follow-up. Dino is a great guy, and his team works hard, but the reliability just wasn’t there in the end. A beautiful renovation — but with unfinished business.

Dino and his team did a great job on my kitchen, I was very impressed with the end result and so far everyone who has seen my kitchen always mentions how great it looks it changed the whole house and my family and I love it.

We're very greatful that we found this company and contractor they did a wonderful work on my kitchen and I got what they promised that it would finish in 15 days..Very good workers and arrived every day on the time they supposed to start very punctual people..Thanks to Dino the contractor definitely recommended to my family and friends .

I am writing this review because I have had the pleasure of working with Dino and his crew at Uniqu Inc on 2 occasions. The first time I used This company was when I lived in Richmond Hill and I had three large bathrooms renovated at the same time .. Dinos quote was fair and reasonable. There were no hidden costs and he finished the job on time as promised. When I moved to The city, I decided to renovate a bathroom in my new home as well as add a mud room to the back of the kitchen Uniqu Inc was my first choice for the work and they did not disappoint. Once again, the quote was fair, there was no hidden costs, and the job was finished on time. Dino added design features that I never would have thought of on my own and allowed me to really personalize the end product. I have been extremely happy with Dino and his crew, the workmanship is amazing and people are constantly complementing the finish product. Since my initial time working with Dino, my mom has done two bathrooms and a kitchen Reno with Uniqu and again we couldnt be happier. If you were looking to Renovate your home I would strongly suggest you give Uniqu Inc a call and see for yourself renovating is scary but I have never regretted any of the projects I put in their hands.

We hired Dino to renovated our master bathroom, powder room, entry way tile and redesign of our fire place in our main living room. Dino listened to what our goals were, worked with our budget and went above and beyond to help us create our perfect master bathroom and powder room. He was very patient going over selections with us and was always available to talk through any questions we had. We lived in the house through the renovation and the onsite team were wonderful. They worked very hard and were always conscious of cleaning the work space prior to departing for the evening. The project was completed in the timeline Dino provided and on budget. We will use Dino and his team again for future renovations and have highly recommended him to our friends and family.

From initial contact right through to the finished reno, Dino was very professional, thorough and completed our renovation within the timeframe he promised. They have a nice showroom in Markam, where we chose all of our finishings with ease. His project manager was very professional and made sure everything was moving along and addressed any questions/issues had during the process. We are more than pleased with how our primary bathroom turned out and would definitely recommend UNIQ.

We started to plan our kitchen renovation late last year and went through some contractors through home stars.We came across Dino from Uniq who we finally awarded the contract . Unique inc was really professional in their work and project timelines. Uniq sticked on to the committed dates and budgets and also ensures to provided what they committed in their designs. Very professionally managed and The best part was their consultancy which helped us to improves the designed which we were planning to do . Overall the quality of work, materials used and the finish was amazing. Thank you Uniq inc.

Dino and his installation team lead by Q made our two full bathroom renovations (master ensuite and main bath) stress free, fast, and done right. From planning with Dino at his studio, to the demolition and installation by Q and team, everything worked like clockwork and was completed in 3 weeks! Dino was always available by phone and during his regular visits throughout the project in case we had questions. We feel that Uniq Inc is an honest, hard working, and attentive company that we would call on again for future renovations, and highly reccomend to friends and family.

We hired UNIQ Inc for a comprehensive bathroom renovation in March 2022. They were highly recommended by a family member who worked with Dino for a major reno. We are happy that we proceeded with UNIQ. The cost was comparable to other similar contractors and included high-quality materials (paint, cabinetry, etc.). The project was completed within the expected timeframe. Dino provided great advice on products, materials, design, and functionality. He was patient and flexible with delays on our end and with multiple visits to their showroom to discuss various options and designs. We love our new, fresh bathroom. Their showroom helped us choose the right materials. The whole crew was fantastic. Hendy was an excellent and responsive project coordinator. Q and Tim were conscientious, very open to seeking and responding to feedback, attentive to details, provided good advice on functionality, and overall, they were always pleasant and professional. Dino always made himself available and dealt immediately with issues when they arose to ensure our satisfaction with every step of the project. We would highly recommend this company.
