We embarked on a journey to completely renovate the interior of our condominium. We worked with Dino at Uniq Inc to find the perfect finishes for our bathrooms, kitchen, millwork, doors, and flooring, We worked on the design room by room, provided guidance on what we wanted in our finished product and Uniq Inc made it easy to bring our vision to reality. Uniq provided options for materials and finishes making it easy for us to make our selections. We moved out to provide Uniq the space to do their work in a compressed timeline. Uniq Inc keeps present symmetry, seamless, durability and function in each design element.

We have engaged Uniq Inc. services for three different projects over the past few years. Dino and the crew have done an amazing job with complete remodeling of our condo unit designing and renovating from scratch including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, closets and Living room/custom-built entertainment unit, with modern and elegant designs that are out of the ordinary. The three projects were done at different times and all were completed on schedule to our complete satisfaction. The quality of workmanship as well as materials used were of very high standard. This is a very skilled and knowledgeable team which met strict approval standards of the condo management office. We are extremely happy with Dino and his team. They are easy to work with and very professional and with attention to detail and accommodating. We have no hesitation in recommending Uniq Inc. We have referred their service to our friends and they too are equally satisfied. We wish Dino and the team the very best!

Dino and his team were very professional from the very start. We chose UNIQ Inq because of their detail, everything was documented and there were no surprises. During the first meeting Dino came out to our home to understand what we were looking for. He nailed it right on! From the questions Dino asked, to the suggestions he made we could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was not pushy and did not deviate from our renovation plan. He presented design documents which we fell in love with. Although we did have a few changes along the way, the end result was beautiful. We are so happy with the renovation. Regardless that the master ensuite was a last minute addition to our renovation, Dino and his team were very accommodating. We were not staying at our house during the renovation, but Dino kept us posted along the way and provided updates throughout the week. He was always available to respond to our questions, and concerns. We were extremely impressed with Dinos attentiveness, he always new what was going on with the project. Never have we dealt with such great customer service!

Uniq totally designed and renovated the main floor of our home 7 yrs ago which required the removal of two bearing walls, a full kitchen reno and the installation of built ins in the family room and new hardwood throughout. The work was completed on budget, on schedule and was high quality. All trades were thorough and competent. All required permits were obtained by Uniq. We followed this up with an upgrade to three rooms in our basement level. Design details were recommended by Uniq and have completely refreshed and given our basement a brighter basement area. Popcorn ceilings were removed and replaced with flat drywall c/w pot lights throughout. Again, the work was completed on schedule, on cost and of high quality. I highly recommend Dino and his crews for any renovation you intend in your home.

When we started our search for a Contractor to renovate our Main and Ensuite Bathrooms UNIQ was recommended to us by two neighbours who were very happy with their renovation projects by UNIQ. Dino took time to meet with us and understand our vision in order to provide us with a QUOTE. We appreciated a clear schedule of next steps, payment schedule and we felt comfortable in our decision to choose UNIQ. Our project was stress free and it was a pleasure to work with Q, Tim, Hendry and all the UNIQ staff who were a pleasure to have in our home and worked extremely hard to complete our project and make our bathrooms absolutely beautiful. We will definitely recommend UNIQ to our friends and family. We could not be happier with our two beautiful bathrooms.

Uniq completed three renovations for us in the past two years - 2 kitchens and a bathroom. From start to finish, we were presented with design ideas and choice of product, all within the budget we had established. Dino and his team go above and beyond. Work is completed on time, within budget and to a very high standard. They also create minimal disruption while working. We could not have asked for better service or work! We love what he created for us. Would highly recommend Uniq to anyone who is contemplating any renos. You would not be disappointed!

I had the pleasure of doing multiple renovations with Dino and his team. Master bathroom, master bedroom, kitchen, powder room, entire basement, and family room. What I liked about Dino: 1) Design process- he has an eye for details & up and coming trends. Gives you a plan + blueprints. Has a showroom to get ideas. 2) Firm budget- you know what your reno is going to cost 3) He always will fix any mistakes or workmanship issues that arise You pay what you get for. As a busy working professional, I am able to let him and his team take care of the renovations while I focus on my work + family. He is someone we would definitely keep coming back to!

I start each morning by enjoying my coffee in my beautiful kitchen. Dino and his team professionally designed my lovely kitchen. They introduced me to new available products and finishes and coordinated the work with various trades. The entire process was seamless resulting in a aesthetic ,charming and well functioning kitchen. I love it. I now have a functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen thanks to Uniq Inc's complete kitchen reno. Months later, there's nothing I would change. The price initially quoted was the price I ended up paying. Dino and the crew were easy to work with, and I was happy to not have to coordinate individual aspects of the project.
