Called Taylor Roofing to get a leaking roof inspected (2 story house). Kyle was nearby and was at our place soon after our call. Within an hour after arriving, Kyle had inspected the roof, found the problem, reviewed it with us, and had it repaired. The repair is seamless - you can't tell where a few new shingles have been added. We appreciated the quick response as we didn't want more rain coming through the roof. Look no further; these are the guys you want! Brad and Jacob (Cob) did an excellent job installing a metal roof (Wakefield Bridge) on our heritage house which, being 200 years old, presented some challenges. They faced these with diligence and consideration. They were very careful to get things right and to make sure we were happy with the result. Wow, so impressed! The Taylor Roofing Inc professional, took his time to ensure he found the leak in our home and temporary sealed it to prevent any further damage. A fully detailed report with photos and a proposal for the repair was sent back to us within 12 hours of the initial visit. The repair was completed by Jamie and his crew, they did an extensive clean up afterwards and assured me that leak was now resolved. We called multiple companies and no one got back to us. However, we are so happy we found this team of professionals, the quality of the Taylor Roofing product vastly exceeded the quality offered from other companies we have used in the past. After seeing the workmanship I would not hesitate at all in referring them to others or using them again for our other properties. A new roof is not a fun purchase to shop around for but Taylor Roofing Inc made our decision easy. We looked at six different companies and although Taylor Roofing wasn't the lowest price, they offered what we felt was the best quality product and perhaps more importantly the highest integrity installation that enabled a robust warranty. Both the owner and the manager are not only very knowledgeable in their industry but also exceptionally polite and incredibly responsive - they are genuinely nice people willing to answer any and all questions. Even the on-site employees were amazingly polite and friendly! They completed the job exactly as they said they would. They worked hard and efficiently and did a great job cleaning up. The roof itself looks great. We have zero regrets hiring Taylor Roofing. In fact, the experience was so smooth and easy that we have been recommending them to others in the area shopping for a new roof.
