Dave, at Trident, quickly replied to my request for a quote to repair a tub and shower in my secondary bathroom. Dave had excellent cost cutting suggestions. The work was completed quickly and professionally and Dave went above and beyond to address extra issues without additional costs. Would 100% recommend Dave and Trident for any renovation needs.

We had a broken sanitary pipe in our home and were anticipating a very expensive and messy fix that would involve multiple walls coming down. David was recommended to us by family, after another plumber told us to figure out where the problem was ourselves. Within a couple hours, David was able to accurately pin point where the problem was and make a very minor cut in the dry wall to fix the problem. He was very precise and clean - he cleaned up after himself every step of the way. We very much appreciated his professionalism and skill. He will definitely be our go-to for any future plumbing needs.

I decided to do a basement renovation and found Dave from Trident Plumbing to do the rough in and finish plumbing. There was extensive work to be completed such as relocation of a 3 pc bath, kitchenette with sink and dishwasher. Dave was courteous, polite, on time and on budget. David helped me out when the faucet was constantly leaking. The temp control was seized and he had to go from behind the tub to remove the faucet and toe tester. He explained the time it would take and completed the job in the same time frame. He replaced it with a moen faucet and advised me to get the product because of the lifetime warranty of the cartridge so I would not have to pay for it if the cartridge ever leaked again.

David came to help us install a new master bathtub faucet and piping that had been leaking. We really appreciated Davids attention to detail, explanation to us, and quality of work.

Dave did all the new plumbing for my recently completed basement. There was extensive below slab rerouting to support the location of the new kitchen and washroom. From the initial plumbing services to the final installation of the fixtures, Dave was committed to completing the project on time and budget.

We used this service to replace a damaged sewage pipe. David did this job for us and the job was done professionally, promptly and properly. He clearly communicated what had to be done, and was careful not to drop any debris on the floor when the job was being done. I recommend his services.

We are renovating our basement and have contracted David and his Trident team to update our basement plumbing. They replaced all the old copper pipes, added a powder room, added an island bar sink and a coffee station sink.  Dave has been professional from day one. He came to review the job and ensured he understood exactly what we wanted to achieve. He made several suggestions that improved the layout of the power room. His focus was to do it right and not take any short cut. He explained his approach and provided a convenient date and time to start the work. David was on time and completed the work as estimated. We did a full bathroom renovation in the second floor of a century old Victorian home which came with lots of unique quirks. We hired Dave and his team to do a full bathroom plumbing reconfiguration rough-in. His team was super helpful and did a fantastic job. Dave was extremely helpful in answering my questions both on the rough-in project as well as the subsequent finishing work. I would not hesitate to bring Dave back in on any future plumbing projects and would highly recommend him to anyone else.
