There was just over 500 sq. ft. of pavers making up a sidewalk and patio. These pavers were starting to cave, so I decided to replace all with exposed aggregate. Working with a very tight timeline, M.R.E. got the job done. The attention to detail was exceptional and many options and ideas were presented. I was given the option to remove the pavers myself to save some money.

MRE (planning division) and their structural engineering partner provided an engineered drawing (LVL beam) and as-built inspection letter. My kitchen renovation project (DIY build) involved removal of a load bearing wall between my kitchen and dining room. MRE communicated well, delivered a stamped engineering drawing quicky (as promised) and responded to clarification questions promptly. Their invoice was aligned with the estimate and I feel as though I paid a fair price for the service that I received.

Used MRE Developments Ltd., for a significant basement renovation that was required to be completed within less then a months time. MRE went above and beyond from completing the project before the predicted timeline, making complimentary fixes to the property, having prompt communication and having an excellent creative eye. Super appreciative of MREs efforts and will recommend them as well as use this company for future projects.

MRE Development stands out for its excellent construction expertise, spanning from minor renovations to significant projects. The team, including both staff and subcontractors, is exceptionally friendlya standout quality that I haven't come across in quite a while. I highly recommend their services!

Needed basement renovated for a legal suite. Tried taking on job my self but ran into lots of issues. i was given a contact number for M.R.E and pretty much handed job over to them. Best decision ever, they were prompt and professional completing job in a time i could only dream of, and the plumber and tile guy used were very neat and organized. Great service
