    Rats Outside of Townhome Complex

    Vlad was very helpful in laying bait stations for the rat problem outside our townhome. There's three things I really appreciated -- 1. how quickly he responded (both for the initial inspection, and once we actually hired him -- one time he literally came four hours after calling). 2. I also appreciated how much he cared about our budget. He didn't try to upsell me on the number of stations / follow ups etc - he was very concerned that he could do the proper job for the lowest price. 3. He also cared about aesthetics. We didn't want visible rat stations ruining the look of our property - so he made sure to put them in areas where rats would hide - but also in areas that were a bit hidden under decks etc in our yards and didn't ruin our look. Overall - we couldn't be more pleased.

    Pest Control

    This is an excellent company. The owner was prompt, friendly and gave excellent service. He explained how to get rid of mice, and spent time to ensure that appropriate stations were placed and holes were covered.

    Pest control

    We have 3 units. I was looking for post control company to handle cockroach issue. So, Vlad responded to my voice mail in 5 minutes. He fit me in his schedule for the next day. He sent preparation form and explained verbally. He came on time. Did the job. He came back in 2 weeks and did follow up treatment just to be sure. This guy did his job very professional manner. I do recommend this company. Go with these guys we will happy. Thank you Vlad.

    Carpenter Bees

    Vugar came to my home to help with carpenter bees and wasp nest removal. He was cordial, professional, and responsive. He reviewed the location, and applied the treatment. He was able to provide video of how he was able to locate and remove of the bees.

    Bed Bug Removal

    Vugar came into my home to check for my bed bug problem. He was able to find a few bugs that I was not able to find with his expertise. I loved the advice he offered as we needed a second opinion on our situation and gave us great recommendations moving forward. You should give him a call if you are in the North York area & are looking for professional advice for removing any pests from your home.

    Service

    It is the only company that offer a Free Inspection. I emailed the company last night at 2am in the morning and they reply within few hours. He came to my house the next afternoon and checked everything really carefully. I am really glad that he found the problem in my house and even suggested a lot of solutions for free. Would recommend everyone.

    Home Pest Control

    We have found some mice issue in our kitchen under stove. We called to few companies to compare prices and the way how they will treat the issue. After browsing a little and few phone calls we found in Homestars Free Pest Inspection.Ca and decided to go with this company. Vugar offered interior and exterior perimeter inspection and plugging few small holes with steel wool from outside. As it was promised, technician did interior perimeter/exterior inspection and gave his best recommendations. Mice job wise completed (installed stations in main floor, basement). He also offered and strongly recommended exterior rodent station. During exterior perimeter inspection, he found carpenter ants issue and offered reasonable price for ants treatment (exterior perimeter only). So, we got amazing service. Mice and ant problems was removed the same day in very professional manner and for reasonable price. Thank you very much Vugar for professional service and high end customer service.

    Follow up

    Vlad is Very professional and generous. Highly recommended! Has followed up with pest control "rodents" and ant treatment. We called him for rodent follow up in 1 year and he did a free job. We did not expect it. Thank you very much.

    Fantastic service

    Absolutely fantastic service. Vlad was great, checked through our house and gave us great tips and preventive measures. Would certainly reccomend for any rodent or pest services in a residential home.

    Rodent treatment

    We called company regarding the mice issue we found in our basement. Vlad came the same day. He inspected the premises. Installed multiple stations and gave some recommendations. I did like the time frame they responded and show up in my house. I strongly recommend this company as a responsible and quick responding company. Thank you very much.
