We had a great experience with X & H Construction and are glad we hired them for our kitchen renovation. Daniel and Greg are consummate professionals and were available any time we had concerns or queries. Daniel is very knowledgeable and gave us tips on getting better value for our money. We had some structural walls we needed removed, and the team handled the task beautifully. Daniel worked with the city inspectors to ensure that the construction met the code requirements at all times. Kwan, our lead tradesman, exceeded our expectations and gave us a beautiful end-product. Overall, we are very happy and are looking forward to hiring X & H for our next project soon.

Through X&H, we renovated our home, the project included: 1. Remodel and upgrade kitchen 2. Remodel existing single 4 piece upper level bathroom to two 3 piece bathrooms, master ensuite and children bathroom 3. Entire hardwood and laminate flooring replacement. 4. Replace patio doors 5. Repaint the whole house 6. Refurbish existing bathroom Daniel and his team are very meticulous and hard working professionals, they pay attention to detail and are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are satisfied. Daniel (the Project Manager) along with Mark (the site Manager) and his crew were very professional in their approach throughout the project (45 working days as planned). We stayed at the property during the renos, Mark and his crew (includes Chao and Yu) made sure that before they left each day the house was left clean. Our kitchen was designed by Moski, again a very dedicated person from this team, she provided us many options to ensure we were satisfied with the materials and designs for our kitchen. She was a pleasure to work with and would always respond quickly to any questions or queries you send to her. Daniel and Mark - they are a wonderful team, always trying to help me to save costs where possible to make sure that my budget was under control. Daniel would accompany us to select the material where he could use his commercial membership to get us a discounted price on appliances and other raw material. Like in any project there were a couple of times where things were not clear as they are so many variables, but Daniel made sure the concerns were addressed and resolved quickly. I must also mention Greg who stepped in a few times to clarify matters relating to the material list was a pleasure to work with. He ensured and kept following up to make sure we were satisfied with the changes. I would definitely recommend Daniel and Mark to anyone who are looking for a good value for their money on home renovations. I look forward to work with them late fall this year to remodel my garage.

We had a flood in our basement and part was covered by insurance. My brother had used X&H for his reno's and he recommend that we get a quote from them and we elected to have our reno's completed by them. They stayed on budget with no surprises and also stayed on time. will recommend.

Easily the most professional and hard working team you could choose. The highest of standards mixed with amazing time and work ethics. A true passion to make you happy. From start to finish the process was extremely smooth and we were made to feel very comfortable in our choices. Daniel guided us through every step. As we walk through our finished project we are overwhelmed at the standard that has been delivered. There should only ever be one choice when selecting your contractor. We will only ever choose Daniel and his team.

When my husband and I decided to add a sunroom onto our house, we ask for recommendations, and decided on X&H. They are local and have been around for a while. We have been so happy with every aspect of the project. They are very professional, and made sure we were made aware of each part of the construction of our sunroom. Any concerns and questions we had were answered promptly. Great company and are very happy with the our new sunroom. It is beautiful......We highly recommend them.

X&H Construction did a great job on our renovation! Greg is very trustworthy, will give you his honest opinion, find ways for the project cost to fit your budget and will make sure you are satisfied. Our project manager, Daniel, was great. Very accessible and responsive, easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He came up with economical solutions to a few unexpected issues that usually come up in remodels. Moski is the design specialist and she has a very good eye and was critical in helping us make selections to match the style and feel we were looking for.

I had the pleasure of having Daniel work on a number of projects with our second home in Markham. When we purchased the home we knew a significant amount of repairs would be needed and we did our homework on selecting a qualified individual to perform them. Based on Daniel's references and qualifications we felt Daniel was the best qualified. Daniel and his team reroofed (full tear-off) our house, repaired a number of cedar shakes on our siding, and also tore out a wall that had significant water damage and replaced it with a sliding glass door. They performed all tasks in a very timely manner with quality workmanship and remained professional at all times.
