This was my first major renovation. I chose Naiker after meeting with Rakesh because I felt heard and knew our kitchen project would be in good hands. We worked together on a price and a plan. The project was completed ahead of schedule, to my specifications, and on budget. Thank you to the team: Rakesh, Andy, and Aiden. Rakesh and his team did an amazing job turning my outdated small bathroom into a beautiful and bright luxurious bathroom! Love all the new light installations, vanities and tiles. Very appreciative of Ding (I think thats how you spell it? :)) who was always there to fix the small details. Thank you Rakesh for being so kind, it was a pleasure! X

Had our old deck taken apart and a new one built. Very impressed with the work done on the deck. Staff are professional and punctual. Staff went out of their way to assist with putting up our blinds in the house as well. Would highly recommend for any renos or deck work!

We recently moved into our new home and needed to renovate the kitchen. Rakesh was recommended to us from a friend. As soon as meeting Rakesh we found him to be honest and trustworthy. The renovation included a complete demolition of the kitchen including a bulkhead. We also wanted to redesign our kitchen with regards to the cooker and sink location. We also redid the flooring through out the kitchen, hallway office and family room. We knew what we wanted in our kitchen and Rakesh took care of it to meet our design. We plan to renovate our en-suite in the future and will definitely reach out to Rakesh and his team!!

Rakesh turned my vision into reality and stayed within my budget, my kitchen is absolutely beautiful! I truly appreciate his honesty on where I can save more money with quality! I would highly recommend Rakesh and his company. I would not trust anyone else, that’s why I have him coming back to work on the front entrance and hallway in April, looking forward to it!

I called Naiker Group because of the fantastic reviews on HomeStars. From day one, Rakesh was a true professional. We had a time frame in mind when we wanted renovation done and Rakesh was able to schedule our project for that time period. He listened to what we wanted and helped us work out the details of how to get there. He gets out of his way to initiate extra work to make the project more successful. The thing we appreciated most about Naiker Group was that we felt they were trustworthy and were always trying to do things in our best interest. We were never worried that they were trying to rip us off. They were reachable and easy to communicate with. Rakesh always answers your call - I guarantee you that. It was a pleasure having Rakesh as a contractor. His team worked on a couple of small renos including the kitchen, two bathrooms, and foyer. They work early - sometimes too early (which was fine with me), and also friendly lads who are very efficient and hardworking.  At first, I wanted to give a very bad review so that nobody else would hire Rakesh and his team, except me. Haha. But I think everyone who needs a proper and honest renovation should have a look at Naiker Group's portfolio and Homestar reviews. What you see here is basically what you'll get. Naiker Group is very well recommended. Oh yeah, aside from getting a good contractor - I think I found a new friend in Rakesh. Rakesh - I still owe you lunch/dinner. Let's get together again when this pandemic is gone!

Our dated bathrooms needed renovation. Rakesh and his team did a wonderful job. He came in and saw what we wanted done. He gave us excellent suggestions and we were able to agree on design plans without having to get a formal plan which would have cost us more money. He knew what we wanted done. Our price gave us a credit for fixtures which he advised us to pick out. This was great because it allowed us to put our money where we wanted. He recommended places for us to go and we ordered our vanities and fixtures from them. Word of advice: invest in good quality vanities and fixtures. They make a world of difference. Rakesh's team came in when they said they would and finished the job within a week (for each bathroom). They did not make a mess, did not leave for days on end, and left everything clean. The finishes are great and we had no complaints, only praise. I would absolutely recommend the Naiker group for any renovation project.

NAIKER Group renovated our kitchen, bathroom, family room with fire place and replaced flooring throughout our main floor. They exceeded our expectations and we are very satisfied with the complete renovation. The team completed the entire project on time as promised. We get to enjoy our beautiful home for years to come. I wanted to update my kitchen which was still the original kitchen when built (approximately 1976). As you can imagine, it really needed it. I had worked with some of Naiker Group's carpenters previously and had really loved their work and attention to detail and, as such, reached out to them again for assistance. I can absolutely tell you I made the right choice. Rakesh and his team were consummate professionals. Everything was done on time and at the cost they quoted. Rakesh was on site every single to day to make sure that the work was going as planned and was available by phone morning, noon, night and weekends to discuss whatever new idea I had. I would not hesitate to recommend Rakesh and his team to anyone and have made this recommendation to many. I still have projects to do in my home and I will absolutely do them with Rakesh and Naiker Group.
