K5 is the best
My father-in-law called us at 9PM to report there was a raccoon in his house. We rushed over and while in the car called K5. Mohammed answered. He was at home but took our call. He advised us that he could come out but the animal might already have left the house. Instead of coming he walked us through what to do and stayed on the phone with us while we followed his instructions, got the animal to come down two flights of stairs, out from behind a couch and finally out of the house. He was calm and reassuring the whole time and refused to take any money. He was the best. My father-in-law has now hired him to find out how the animal got into the house and to seal any openings.
