Great customer service.

Although overall I was generally satisfied with the job done, something I was not happy with is that I was charged more than what we verbally agreed on at my property, literally 2 minutes before he started the job. During my initial phone call the night before, I was told what the cost of the first vent to be covered would be and the cost of each additional vent to be covered. There was NEVER any mention in our conversations prior to starting the job of a “start job fee” that was on the invoice that I was given after the job was done. Best to be up front about specific charges and be consistent with the price of what was verbally agreed upon with the customer before the starting the job!
