Amazing service!

Mahamat called me right away and came out the next morning. Very pleasant person explains everything and also took pictures to show his work. Will come back in 1-2 weeks to check trap and then seal up area .Very professional service and work.....Geoff

Explained to me what had to be done. Did a great job very pleased with the service from this company. I would recommend them to other customers.

What I thought was squirrels having entered my attic through my roof, having had that problem in the past, turned out to be a raccoon having entered through my soffit. This was discovered after a thorough inspection by K5 Wildlife Services, who came the same morning that I submitted my request through HomeStars. Mahamat installed a 1-way door at the point of ingress & metal mesh around the area... & then I waited to see what would happen. The next morning, I could hear the creature trying to get back in. It was not successful & after a full week of waiting to see if it was determined enough to try entering elsewhere, it was apparent that the raccoon was not returning. Mahamat returned to remove the 1-way door & replace the soffit. He also installed wire mesh over the previously accessed area. Mahamat was very thorough & conscientious in his approach & clearly has expertise.

Mahamat checked to make sure the raccoons weren’t in the attic and then installed protective cages around the vents.

We were woke up by some noise in the attic one day morning. I opened the entry door to the attic and found 2 racoons. I immediately submit a service request on homestars. Just after half hour around 6:30am, Mahamat responded to my request and called me. He showed up around 8:30am and set up the cage on one rent and installed the vent guards for all vents. I really appreciate his fast response and professional/beautiful job. I'll highly recommend his service to my friends and neighbours.

Very quick response and work completed the next day. Cleaned out nest and added screen to keep animals out.

A family of raccoons were in my roof. Mahamat did an excellent, professional job. The raccoons were treated humanely and are out of my roof space, which is now sealed off. Mahamat was very personable and if I need any future pest control, heaven forbid, I will not hesitate to contact him.

It was amazing experience. Muhammad came on time and finished the job really well.
