    Bathroom Sink Drain Clogged

    I called the company in the morning and they were in my home 3 hours later. The drain was unclogged in about 15-20 minutes. Great job and very efficient! I would recommend!

    Water Service Line Replacement

    Rooterworx was quick to organize after a drain line broke and needed replacement and gave a reasonable price estimate compared with other companies we approached. They took the time to come and check the issue before recommending any work. The work was tidy, minimized impact to the rest of the property during excavations, and they cleaned up after themselves.

    Sewer line snaking

    Excellent service and a resonable price. They came on time and worked until they got the blockage all fixed. Then they cleaned everything up. I would definitely recommend them.

    Service

    The sink clogged in the kitchen, I found this company and called the master. The master arrived very quickly. The work was done professionally, they cleaned up after themselves, everything was left clean. The master told and explained everything, he also gave recommendations. I recommend this firm.

    Basement Exterior Waterproofing

    I had groundwater leaking into two areas of my basement after a rainstorm in December. I called Oleg right away, and he was able to visit my property the next day. He looked at the problematic areas and recommended exterior waterproofing for about 20' as well as concrete porch repair (the cold storage room below the porch had water leaking in). He also recommended application of crystalline cement in the cold storage room (inside wall) as an added protection. Oleg provided a competitive quote, 25 years of warranty and was available to begin the work within 2 days. So I decided to proceed with RooterWorx. His crew (four people) arrived on time on the scheduled date. Everyone was friendly and professional. I think they did a fantastic job with the waterproofing and porch repair. The guys worked hard (7+ hours per day) and finished the job in two days. I strongly recommend RooterWorx for any basement waterproofing project.

    water drainage

    Our house got a problem with water drainage at the backyard. We hired rooterworx to install drainage and solve the issue of constant flooding. They were professional, prompt, and neat, the price was reasonable too. Our backyard looks so much better now! Amazing job and great communication.

    Kitchen sink was fixed

    I published the service request and the ROOTERWORX was the first company to contact me. And their professional arrived 2 hours later and the sink was perfectly fixed. P.S. It was in the new year holiday. I can't believe they can response so fast. Thanks for the service.

    Trap removal and backup valve install

    We had a basement toilet clogging, Rooterworx quickly tracked down the issue to the house trap inside the garden. After a half day work, issue resolved and also pipe was upgraded with water backup valve. I'm happy with their work as 1. they're very responsive during the whole process, from the initial inspection to answering questions to arranging the actual work. 2. get to the point, solve the problem without other hassle. (Considering one other plumber I quoted tried to charge me 50$ for moving the toilet aside...) Would recommend to neighbours.

    Camera inspection, snaking and power washing floor drains

    This is the first time Ive used Rootorworx and I was very happy with their services. We had an emergency situation with a complete blockage of our basement drain. Sergio was quick to respond and he had the proper equipment to diagnose and fix the problem. He took the time to clearly explain the issue and gave some options with pricing. He did a professional job snaking and power washing away the grease that had completely obstructed the drains. I thought the cost was reasonable and I would highly recommend Sergio and Rootorworx

    Backed up kitchen sink

    Thorough inspection of the clog in our kitchen sink which was also causing backwash in our dishwasher. Actually discovered that the clog was much much deeper in the main line underneath our basement floor with their deep camera. Cleared both the kitchen and the mainline in our basement. Received quotes from several plumbers and thought this was a very fair price with practical solutions. Courteous service and cleaned up to leave everything the way it was. Would recommend Oleg and Max.
