I was so impressed with the professionalism, expertise and quick service by Luke and Oleg. They kept me up to date every step of the way. It was a few days before Christmas and they were able to replace the clogged on the same day. What a relief. Look it is never pleasant when you need to call a drain contractor. Generally you are their mercy. All you hope is that they are honest and complete the work that was promised. Oleg, Luke and Max clearly stated what needed to be done and committed to cost and timelines. Max explained what he was doing along the process. My main line was clogged. I talked to Oleg on the phone and he was able to fit me in the same day. Gave me a flat fee price for the work. Oleg and Sergei came exactly when they said they would. Unplugged the sewer line 60ft, all the way to the city line. Then confirmed with the camera that everything is clean. Very prompt and streight forward service. The guys are real pros.Answer from pro:

I called Luke at RooterWorx at 1pm today and by 315pm he was at my door ready to get to work. He quickly figured out the problem, and suggested some modifications in our kitchen plumbing to help avoid similar problems in the future. He was not pushy in suggesting the modification and said it didn’t have to happen immediately. He also very patiently explained the issue with my drain. Oleg and his team at Rooterworx were excellent at helping us with our waterproofing project. Oleg was very knowledgable during the quote and helpful in providing great information. He responded to all our questions in a clear and detailed manner and did not make us feel rushed when asking any questions. Perhaps most importantly, Oleg was able to spot an issue that the previous companies missed which helped save us money and inform as to the work that needed to be done. I have been having a problem with the leak in my basement for many years after multiple attempts using various companies they never seemed to resolve the issue. Rooterworx proposed applying a performing a full dig out around the perimeter and applying a sealant. The workmanship was great and it has been over a year and a half now and even under large thunderstorms my basement is dry thank you so much for your help and fixing this annoying issue I would recommend this company to anybody who wants a single and Final Solution to their water basement leak.Answer from pro:
